Condo vacation rentals in Ohio River

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

I'm leaving solid 5 here. We did have a few snafu w the main entrance door, but once it was resolved we were good w it. Walter really tried to resolve the door issue while we were there and ultimately provided a main key instead of keyboard. It worked out much better. Pretty cool flat to stay at w cool bars, restaurants, stadium, looper, Kroger all in walking distance. Plan on paying to park. It's not big $, but annoying. Out front of loft was $7 bux, but found out it's free from 2100 to 0800 the next morning. I found parking out back was a bit easier, $12 bux for 24hrs and you come and go. Kroger you have to pay in and out. Kroger has a 1st floor and 2nd floor for wine and beer. Cool place, we would stay again. Thanks Walter!

We loved our stay here. Stunning space & views. Attention to detail with necessities. Great location, walkable to all the local shops & restaurants. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place. 3rd floor walk up. Beautifully decorated, lots of natural light, comfortable bed. Easy to navigate kitchen. We’ll be back.

This is a beautiful, very clean and well decorated place. Quiet too. Brooke attends to the additional delails that lets you know she cares about her visitors. Popcorn left out to microwave, bottles of ginger ale in the refrigerator…. the nice touches. I liked the convenient wall unit for shampoo and body wash in the shower area. Although it isn’t appealing to walk my dogs there, there is a beautiful park down the street that we went to that worked out nicely. One thing to note…. This is a second floor apartment with lots of steps that may be difficult for seniors. Not a criticism, just an fyi. This is one of the nicest air B and B’s that I have had the pleasure of staying at.

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

Excellent location for our son’s University of Cincinnati orientation. We frequented the Over the Rhine area for excellent restaurants and the Findley Market experience. Host perfectly responsive. And the view!!!!! We loved it!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

this was the perfect Airbnb for my friend, and I when we went into town and saw REO Speedwagon. Barb went above and beyond and even had snacks in the room for us and everything else to make us comfortable and feel welcome. She met us there on our arrival and was so friendly and helpful! her place was very clean and on the outside there was a nice area to sit and enjoy the evening and morning with beautiful flowers and nice atmosphere! Barb went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to be helpful in anyway she could. I would absolutely 100% recommend this Airbnb and hopefully if my friend and I ever return to Champaign we will be staying at this Airbnb! Thanks, Barb

Perfect little spot for us to have a pit stop on a long drive home. Clean, good location, and very comfortable!

Absolutely loved the building. We needed a place that allowed our dog and us to have a place to eat and cook during our downtime. The back yard is HUGE which allowed the dog to run and play while we had our campfire. The fireplace inside made me feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked and the dish washer saved me a lot of time. The view alone should make you want to stay here! Sunsets were beautiful. Parking was limited… I found it difficult to park my truck.

Spent one night here for a wedding. A very cool condo in the middle of the city. The place had so much character that I spent the first 30 minutes of my stay just looking at the home decor. There's a bar behind the building if you want a quick drink, a supermarket within walking distance. I'd never stayed in Indiana before, and this was a great first impression. I will definitely book this place again when I come back. Rod was super helpful, accomodating our needs with flexibility. Rod genuinely cared about our experience - his generosity allowing me to possess a new piece of literature that I will forever associate with my time spent here. If you're staying in Newcastle for any reason, stay here. You won't regret it.

Sam was just the VERY best. Very accomodating, very responsive. She has made sure my stay was everything and more. The property is BEAUTIFUL !!! Very clean, very well decorated. It gives a luxurious vibe and peaceful.

Second time staying here and just as great of an experience. If you’re going to TQL it’s literally across the street. Public transit is nearby but we walked everywhere without issue. They gave us a couple local recommendations that I couldn’t get to during our last trip, but had the opportunity this time around. We’re looking forward to our next trip!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

The condo was very cute and in a great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay.

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!
