Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

We look forward to welcoming you to our home. A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road.
