We had a wonderful stay here! Our host was extremely friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had everything we could need there and it was all very clean. Overall 10/10 stay!! And it’s walking distance to many great restaurants and a frozen custard place!

This home is incredible. It was extremely clean and super cozy. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were VERY responsive and super communicative.

Perfect place to treat the moms in our family to a much needed rest and relaxation staycation. Beautiful home with even more beautiful surroundings. Although there is no reserved parking, finding a space out front was a breeze. Hosts provided all needed information and the manual provided even more.

House was amazing and the stay was great. It accommodated all our needs wonderfully and the little nook of toys & games for the kids was a huge hit!

We loved this beautiful house, full of gorgeous wood and metalwork details. Simply and comfortably furnished, with countless thoughtful touches: breakfast in the fridge, a plethora of snacks — we could even have baked a cake! Thoughtfulness extended to bathroom supplies, children’s equipment, games, and kitchen equipment. Rich was very responsive to questions. The street is lovely, with mature trees and well-kept century-old homes. Getting there the first time was tricky, but once you’ve got it figured out it’s easy.

This is one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in over the years. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with a big beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room with a large TV, and quiet bedroom with a comfortable bed. Great central AC for the hot summer weather in St. Louis, and I enjoyed the proximity for Forest Park and the Grove neighborhood. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town.

We loved staying here! It’s a fun neighborhood and it was easy to find parking. The space was cozy and we felt right at home.

We traveled here for my sister’s wedding, Janet was super responsive and extremely pleasant to work with! She was flexible and answered any and all questions in a time and pleasant manner! I would 100% visit again and would recommend this place! Thank you Janet again you made our trip very nice.

The space was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The neighborhood had so many wonderful spots to check out from cute coffee shops and cocktail bars to the farmers market in the park on the weekend. The door and the building both had key codes and felt very safe, the lights were always on coming in and street parking was always within a few houses. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some!). You can definitely tell a lot of intention was put into decorating and furnishing the space. The bed and pillows were far more comfortable than most airbnb's! Highly recommend staying here, we'll certainly see if it's available when we're in town again.

Zoey was super accommodating on a literal last minute booking! The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. The instructions were clear and she was extremely responsive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in STL! Highly, highly recommend.

We loved the neighborhood it was a great area great food places to eat and not to far from Busch Stadium or the arch and only 30 minutes from 6 flags. My family loved it Would highly recommended this place. Friendly neighborhood as well

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking one of the largest lakes in the Innsbrook community. It was centrally located, comply and cozy with excellent views of the surroundings. We were there for a wedding and Kelly was so accommodating allowing us early check in so we could prepare for the rehearsal dinner as well as a bit later check out to make sure the banquet room was in order before we departed. I can very much recommend this unit and this host for sure. Thank you Kelly!

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great view of the lake. Private, safe and secure. The bed was super comfy and perfect space.

Very enjoyable stay. Patty is extremely responsive and that made things easy. The apartment is indeed spacious! It is so nice when a rental is accurately photographed and described in the listing. It is in an older apartment building which made it charming. Water pressure, often an issue in older apartments, is excellent. Great shower; very comfortable bed. The only noise I heard was the occasional door closing. Tenants in this building are quiet. Returning here after the end of a busy conference day meant coming back to a peaceful retreat. Kitchen is well-equipped. I only ate out once but it was great food and service right at the end of the block. There was more to explore in the neighborhood but my time was limited. Very convenient to my conference on the Washington University campus. Walking there took me through a beautiful neighborhood.

We loved this stay! The resort is gorgeous and huge. The pool is about a 5 minute drive but the beach is walkable. The whole place was so clean and very family friendly.

It was a lovely place to stay for my bachelorette. Everything was so clean and the check-in/check-in was very easy. It’s also in a perfect place near the river front and all the shops there. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling into this area.

Great location downtown Washington. We were mostly out and about all week but the first day we were there we got out and enjoyed the nice weather all around the town. Everyone slept great in their beds every night.

King and Queen checked on me before check in for some small details, and also during my visit. Will definitely use and recommend for future visits and friends.
