Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. This ground-floor, barrier-free holiday apartment makes your stay in Plauen, the secret capital of the Vogtland, an experience. The tram stop is about 10 minutes away on foot. In about 100m you can walk across a meadow to the Syratal nature reserve. Important: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor on or in front of the property. Best regards Katrin and Detlef
