Cozy cottage close to the sea

Cozy summerhouse on large and quiet grounds - only 50 meters from the sea. The cottage is only a 5-minute drive from Odden ferry port and an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms with five beds in total. In addition, it is possible to list two beds in the living room or use the sofa bed. The house is in lovely Yderby Lyng, where you take a good walk from coast to coast. Only 10 minutes walk from delicious TiR bakery and 10 minutes drive to the harbor town with cafes and shopping.

A hot tub is situated on a wooden deck with a view overlooking a serene body of water. The landscape features grassy areas and a tree on the shore, while clouds are reflected in the water's surface.

Waterfront Hottub Cottage

Cozy guesthouse down to the water on private property. Here nature can be enjoyed from the cabin. The cabin has a toilet/bath and loft with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and heat pump. In the summer, paddle boards and kayaks can be borrowed. There is also the possibility of a fire. Wide selection of food via wolt delivery and sauna/bath bridge 5 min walk from here Note: brand new mattresses/bed and DKK 375 for use of the hot tub. This must be known before arrival.

The house is just 400 meters from a quiet, hidden beach only known to locals – ideal for a refreshing swim or peaceful seaside stroll. Let’s keep it our little secret... ;-) We’ve had spot since 2005. The current house, built in 2019, is a cozy retreat in every season – perfect for both sunny summer days and quiet winter escapes.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Cozy cottage close to beach with deer in garden

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.

A grassy path leads through lush greenery towards Lammefjorden. The view includes the calm water of the fjord under a partly cloudy sky, framed by shrubs on either side. The serene landscape offers a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

Beautiful summerhouse 1 hour drive from Copenhagen

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.

The house is ideal for the nature lover, who values quality, historical charm and a unique location within walking distance to the sea, the forest, the area of the Mountains, Veddinge Bakker and the small fine town of Ordrup.
