This stylish place is perfect for groups. A three-storey house near the sea, there is a green area for barbecue. On the ground floor, two children under 12 years old can sleep on the sofa, the sofa does not fold out. The second floor has four beds, it can accommodate four people. The third floor has a double bed and a sofa, not a folding one, three people can sleep. Three bathrooms on the first, second and third floors! The house is on the Black Sea , literally go beyond the territory and descend the stairs (10 steps ) . Behind her is a sandy big beach !! The city center is 25 minutes away (in the evening you can freely drive in 10 minutes). Neighbors are only available on weekends , but their windows do not overlook the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! Perhaps the main feature of this property is the special peaceful atmosphere of the place where the house is located. You will be staying on the second floor of the house, located 3 minutes walk to the sea descent. Fresh sea air. You will have your own cozy courtyard with a grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. The house has two separate bedrooms with comfortable sleeping places, a living room with two sofas, a little kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Particularly convenient for family rest with children.

There is a Queen bed, two single, and a convertible bed; combo shower/toilet; TV, washer, air conditioner in the house; an outdoor table next to house. Free parking. BBQ and outdoor swing are shared. There is another house on the territory in which the owners live. Friendly dogs live on the land, won't cause discomfort.
