Квартира находится в историческом центре Одессы, во дворе красивого дома, в Воронцовском переулке. За углом памятник Дюку де Ришелье и Потёмкинская лестница. Оперный театр и все остальное тоже рядом. Тенистые парки (Греческий и Стамбульский), бульвар приморский и море в пешей доступности. Идеально для знакомства с Одессой. А еще, утром можно встретить восход солнца прямо на потемкинской лестнице. И для этого не надо далеко ходить.
