Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Come, hike, feel good and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel at home in our ground floor apartment, which we have carefully renovated. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Living on the Ritterburg Erobert Schloss Auerbach and enjoy your stay in the apartment with the fantastic view of the Rhine plain. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom can accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace, with a view of the valley, is a dream. Lovingly furnished and decorated. The many medieval events at Auerbach Castle are available as an event. Travel back to bygone times (It is not allowed to bring cats.)

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen.
