Quiet and cozy detached house

Our house has just been renovated and is very comfortable. It is in a quiet area, 2 km from Collemaggio Basilica and 4 km from downtown. It is conveniently located to reach popular locations, such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, the Stiffe caves, the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore. There is an urban bus stop a few meters away and the train station for Sulmona is 5 km away. For relaxation you will find a Smart TV. Have a good stay!

Newly built apartment (2018), located in a residential complex that was down and rebuilt after the earthquake in 2009. New and functional decor, equipped with all essential amenities including linens and appliances, 2 brandies to be placed in the living room for the 5th and 6th guests, plus a camping cot to be placed in the largest room. At guests' disposal 2 BICYCLES We do not have private parking but it is EASY TO find a place in the immediate vicinity.
