Stylish 1-room apartment in Biberach

The apartment was completely newly furnished by us in a modern new flat roof house. There is a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a comfortable new sofa bed. In addition, there is a hallway and a small bathroom. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the main station Biberach and from the city center and is located on the so called "Lindele", a hill over Biberach. The company Boehringer Ingelheim ist near and good to reach.

Our farm is located in the outdoor area of Ochsenhausen. The construction of our 3 apartments will be finished in November 2020 and we will open our operation on 12/1/2020. The apartments all have a spacious living area and the fully equipped kitchen, in modern design, invite you to feel comfortable. The shower cabins in the bathroom are specially designed for people with disabilities. In the courtyard there is a furnished terrace that invites you to linger.

In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath. The toilet is seperate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a cot. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

You will find a cozy, bright apartment in the attic of an old villa , in a quiet area, only a 5-minute walk to the market square. My daughter loved staying in it for almost 7 years.
