Absolutely amazing apartment! Perfect kitchen and living room, beautiful balcony, and delightful hosts! Good location for accessing skiing and snowboarding in winter (by bus). The washing machine is very useful, and the bread delivery service was extra special! Made us feel right at home!

We spent 2 very nice weeks at Desiree's apartment. The apartment completely corresponded to the information. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to make good use of the terrace. From Wald/Arzl you can do excellent hikes. And even to the end of the Pitztal it is only about 45 minutes by car. We visited a different alpine pasture every day, it never got boring. There are shops in Arzl. The restaurant density in Arzl is not very high. However, the Bungy-Stübchen is a very good and inexpensive restaurant with nice service. On foot, it is about 30 minutes from the apartment, but about 150 meters in altitude difference. If you have hiked all day, the car is recommended. A walk over the Benni Raich Bridge is definitely worth it. Thanks again to Desiree and her parents for the great time!

Elke‘s place was truly the best Airbnb we have been to so far. The place is at a great location with mountain view. The place is spacious and well maintained. Elke is a very sweet person and made sure that we were comfortable. Surely Recommended.

Great little place to base yourself out of.

Absolutely great place! Lots of beautiful scenery nearby and a lot of supermarkets. The place is clean and spacious and functioned for us as a central point to plan daytrips. Plenty of space for the car. Definitely recommended!

Amazing place, incredible location with access to amazing hikes/runs. The apartment wads very comfortable with nice touches like dimming lighting, very comfy bed, beautiful cozy balcony to enjoy the view, and all the other little touches (Including the luxurious sauna). Perfect hosts and welcoming hospitality. WOW! We had an amazing stay - there was absolutely nothing that we could find for them to even improve on! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for us to enjoy during our little trip. We will most definitely be back.

A really nice small but very nice accommodation. Perfect for a vacation for two in the beautiful Tyrolean mountains. Natascha and Christian are super friendly hosts, always reachable and super organized. We really enjoyed it!

We felt very comfortable with Angelika. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and the view of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking. Baker and shopping facilities are a short walk away. There are also many activities offered in the village. Angelika is a charming host. We will definitely be happy to come back, the farewell was very difficult for us.

Nice appartement, spacious and quiet.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. Rooms are sufficiently large, bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete everything. In the immediate vicinity are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities. The house is located in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there very much. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay here, you can see the mountains from the bedroom window! Comfortable bed, washer worked great and there were drying racks available. All kitchen equipment you could need was there as well, very clean. Host provided great recommendations for local places. Walkable to the city center in under 10min, up hill on the way back but it is an easy walk

Beautiful newly furnished apartment. Fast WiFi but unfortunately no TV. Friendly and reliable landlord. In the neighborhood, however, at the same time, some younger people were present who had a good mood in the evening. Central starting point for a wonderful area.

Originally planned 2 weeks became 3 and we would have liked to have stayed longer. If you like the Mieming Plateau and the surrounding area, like to be in nature and want to relax and regenerate in a cozy, finely furnished, small apartment, you are in good hands in the "hiking paradise." The hosts are warm, smart people who give you an idea of life in Tyrol. Innsbruck is also easily accessible by public transport. So, something for everyone on offer, a wonderful vacation. An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Excellent private place in the mountains for anyone who wants to get lost in the wilderness but with some moderns amenities like Sauna and Jacuzzis. Get your own food and drinks because the restaurants are approx 20 - 30 mins away and so are the supermarkets.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. One thing that really stood out was the furniture – not only is it stylish, but also extremely comfortable and functional. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I was genuinely impressed by how well everything worked together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!
