Vacation rentals with beach access in Oceanside

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! It was such a cute little beach house. Small home but the layout and lack of clutter made it feel bigger and functional. It was the perfect location for easily walking to the beach or dining near the pier. We would definitely stay again!

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. First time staying in Oceanside and this place was amazing right on the boardwalk or what they call the strand. Very walkable to bars and restaurants. You are literally right across from the beach you can't get much better than this highly recommend!

Husband and I stayed here as we got married nearby. The apartment was super close to the venue and there was our own parking space in front of the door, so that was extremely handy for bringing our wedding items in & out. The place was perfect for 2 people and the bed & linens were super comfy. I'm a sucker for the ocean and it made me so happy that the patio could see & hear the ocean pretty clearly! The shower was really cool! It had a steaming option that my husband loved. Very cute place! Felt very cozy and peaceful. If we are ever in the area again, we will keep an eye out for this place being available.

We were delighted to return for our third stay in the cottage. Characterful and charming, it’s such a welcome contrast to a typical impersonal corporate apartment. The location is superb and the added convenience of a parking pass for street parking is a huge bonus. The host is super friendly and welcoming.

What a wonderful Airbnb experience! The bungalow was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved taking advantage of the outdoor amenities, including the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. The outdoor space was perfectly tranquil. Our daughter and dog loved playing in the yard. The proximity to downtown Carlsbad was a huge plus. We were very happy with our stay!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect for our big family — very spacious, comfortable, and incredibly pet-friendly! The location was great too — conveniently close to both San Diego and Oceanside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend at Logan’s house! It was the ideal getaway for our annual Mother’s Day trip. The home was just as described and only steps from the beach. We adored the decor, especially the pink accents, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

Beautiful home and close to the beach as stated. Our intention was to visit the beach and relax and we did just that. It was roughly a 9 minute drive to the parking lot south of Oceanside Pier where we wanted to go. Cindy and Alex’s house was big enough to provide my big family space and room to breathe. Cindy and Alex’s communication was spot on. Anytime I had a question or concern they were quick to respond. Thank you again for providing a vacation house for me and my family!

First and foremost, the host, Zeina was not only provided detailed instructions, answered any questions with utmost speed, but was an absolute pleasure to correspond with and was more than accommodating. The house was perfect, not just for location, but felt at home and provided everything needed. Made the trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Lauren's place was great for our trip. The location was very convenient and it is walkable to the beach and many good restaurants around. The place is also close to Legoland and is just a 15 min drive. Lauren also had lot of beach supplies and wagon which was really useful and helpful. I will definitely select this place if I am coming back to Oceanside and would recommend the same to others! Lauren as a host is great too. She responds back quickly and with really good information.

We LOVED OUR STAY! The condo, small but spacious and complete with amenities you need! Special shoutout for the bag of white cheddar popcorn to snack on! Much thanks! We walked to the harbor across the bridge, and every kind of food was available! We had lattes at the Natural Bean and yummy fish n chips for lunch, a few steps away! The condo was warm, and cozy for a chilly spring evening, great location. Beautiful surroundings and the view was great! They had towels, chairs and boogie boards if you want to lay for hours on the beach, which is steps away! We felt safe and rested…two HUGE requirements for a vacay! Thanks for everything!

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to visit my son, who is currently serving in the Marines. We were both able to rest deeply in a big, soft, comfortable bed something we hadn’t shared in a long time. The house had everything we needed; if I needed something from the kitchen, it was there. Nothing was missing. I was able to cook for him, we shared a beach day, and for a few days, it felt like we were home again. It was a safe, cozy, and truly special place. I’m deeply grateful for this week and for the joy of spending it with my son. 5 stars without a doubt! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe stay full of heart.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

We LOVED this place! Baby items along with all of the beach supplies made our visit so much easier! Spent our mornings eating breakfast on the patio with the ocean view (my toddler demanded it every morning) and the days walking to the beach and surrounding areas. Great location, great space, nice grounds/property. We would definitely stay here again!

Imran was very communitive and always responded very promptly. His home was beautifully remodeled and there was plenty of room for my family if 4. It was just steps away from the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to the harbor and restaurants. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful vacation spot!

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!
