Such a cute place, and perfect distance from everything around. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly! Beautiful view from the balcony and wonderful backyard spot. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a quaint and quiet place to stay!

Everything was great just the way it was described beautiful and peaceful neighborhood big and charming house, friendly neighbors. Spacious parking lot. We had a blast!!!!

Beautiful home - very clean, up to date, responsive host. We had a great time staying here. The pool was a community pool as listed. It was older but clean, however it was pretty busy. The lake access is a sandy “beach” area but there is a wall between the sand and the water. That was a bit disappointing. We ended up driving to Pentwater for a full beach day which was perfect. Overall it was a great vacation.

Very nice, spacious place. Big deck, bonfire pit, most essential kitchen items were provided to cook/grill. Pool was great, and conveniently accessible. We were very happy with our stay!

Comfortable stay for 15 people. Nice area. Great big back porch which was nice during the day and evening. Would highly recommend this place to stay. So many kitchen appliances. Lots of towels and beach towels. Fully furnished.

Amazing location, incredible home! A few things broken or not working in the home. A few lights, one of the toilets didn't flush, a shower door didn't fully close. Recommendations would be more bright lighting in the basement as well as a nice table to sit and play games at (for the adults while the kids are swimming). All in all, it was an amazing stay and definitely a place we'd come back to! Beautiful views out of every window. The library was a favorite! Great place for kids. Lots of areas for hide and seek and many places for activities. They loved the pool, hot tub, and "tree house" (as they called it..the top room with the winding staircase) the most! Also we lovvvved the dunes and walks on the beach! A true hidden gem of a location!

This is the second year we've stayed here. The location is great, a bit out in the woods, and still close enough to the lakes, lighthouse and town. The house is great for a group of friends, plenty of cooking space, a nice big table, and the porch is great for hanging out. Kurtis is very helpful and responsive with details for booking, staying, and other information.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, large farm house! The location is gorgeous and also conveniently located a quick drive to Little Sable Lighthouse, the Country Dairy and Silver Lake! We were able to cook dinners at "home" and save some money with our family of 5. The bathrooms were large and clean. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the arcade upstairs! My only note to travelers is that the stairs to the second floor of the home are very steep and narrow. So if you have mobility issues just take note, there is a bedroom on the first floor but the rest are upstairs.

Hospitable hosts share their beautiful home in a perfect location. Family friendly amenities and home provide a peace of mind with children. The huge backyard to play in, and was even close to the town & beach. Helpful recommendations for the area by hosts enhanced our vacation. We were highly satisfied and thankful to enjoy this space during our time in Pentwater, MI. Highly Recommend this place.

We have visited many beaches and a few Airbnbs in Michigan. This beach stole the show for the best Michigan beach. Very private (only ever saw 2 people on the beach during our 3 night stay), an amazing view not only from the deck but also from the living room. Austin was very quick to respond to our questions/messages. I would also like to give whoever the house cleaner is a 5 star rating. The house is old and outdated but there was no question about the cleanliness. I definitely would recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a secluded/isolated beach and wanting to relax!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided made everything super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My husband, 2 dogs and I stayed here for 4 days. King size adjustable bed, fenced in backyard, hot tub was clean (a little TOO much chlorine but understandable, fire pit and everything inside the apartment you need. Very quiet rustic area. 5 mins from Pentwater, 20 mins from Ludington & Silver Lake. We had a relaxing vacation here. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything.

This is a great Airbnb. Perfect for a family summer trip to the Lake. Communication was simple and smooth and everything was provided.

This was a lonely stay in the start of fall. The location is perfect for a relaxing time at the lake. House was immaculate and fit my large family very comfortably. Would highly recommend.

Mark was an amazing host! His hospitality is unmatched and check in as well as checkout was a breeze. We had a big group staying and everyone, I mean everyone loved the home as well as its multiple perks. We appreciated having the opportunity to stay at such an amazing house and had a hard time leaving the home as it was so wonderful. We would totally recommend booking with Mark and staying here.

We stayed for a 4 day family get away and the accommodations were great! We have stayed at many places and kudos to the owners here, they got it right the whole way. We will be back.

Our last taste of summer was absolutely perfect in the lake house on the shore of gorgeous Lake Michigan! The home was perfect! Well supplied! Very clean and it felt like home. We loved seeing the touch of the owners family photos. We had absolutely everything we needed and felt a kinship with the place by the time we left! Dan was helpful with questions and gave friendly responses, always very timely. We will look forward to going back in the future. We highly recommend this home and this location… just a short scenic drive to small towns with good food and local shops. Thanks Dan for making us feel at home and almost part of the family!!

Overall, our stay was good. The location is convenient for our plans. The place was clean. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen got the job done. We did have one issue but the hosts worked with us and found a solution. We would return if our plans align again!

The house was spacious and homey. Host gave great recommendations for the local beaches, ice cream store, and things to do. All cooking utensils and dishes needed were provided. All three showers had hot water and were clean. Beautiful garden. Plenty of extra linens. The pull-out couch was fairly uncomfortable but the other beds were as described. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were very nice to have. There was no T-Mobile cell service but the wifi was very good and we had no issues with making phone calls using it. Overall a great stay and great value.

Beautiful lake house! We loved having our own private beach and the view was incredible. When we weren’t on the beach, we loved sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves. Very quiet neighbors and extremely peaceful location. The house had everything we wanted and the master suite was so charming! Would come back!

The listing mentioned the stairs — and they weren’t kidding! 😄 There are definitely a lot, but we were prepared for that, and it honestly added to the charm and the view. Every step was worth it! If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable beach escape, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

What an absolutely perfect place for our vacation! The cottage is gorgeous - clean, beautifully furnished, stunning location! Our party of 4 adults and 1 adult-sized teenager felt wonderfully at home with plenty of space. Everything is clean, well equipped and made for a perfect getaway!

We loved this house! It met all of our expectations. Lots of living space inside and a beautiful outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. All surrounded by the woods. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable.
