Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

The place was very cozy overall a great experience. The 3rd floor climb was a lot! But doable. If you have people that don’t do well with stairs I would recommend looking for another spot. Clean, easy access, and AC was amazing. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy (I’m from Mexico so it was not big deal for me) and parking is very limited. Overall, amazing and the view was nice!

Such an amazing apartment in the heart of everything to do in San Juan. The views from the living room is gorgeous. Location is unbeatable and the decor all over the space was truly stunning. The host was super helpful and communicative. We had such a great time. Do not hesitate to book this place!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! The place itself is well situated, the beach below is easily accessible and comfortable for any size family or group of people…(the beach chairs being included is always my absolute favorite part of airbnbs such as this). There were many places to eat surrounding the airbnb. We always felt safe here. It was nice being so close to the airport. There were a lot of supplies ready for us here. Instructions were clear, friendly and easy to follow from host. Parking in the garage below was easy and right next to the elevator. You can’t beat the view of the Atlantic either. Would recommend you book this place next time you visit Puerto Rico!

Had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s Isla Verde condo. They provided great information for our stay as well as had all the beach/pool items to make our stay hassle free. Puerto Rico stole our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

First time staying at an Airbnb, it was great. Easy to check in and check out! The location was perfect. Beach, Pool, and fun activities all within 10 mins of each other. Amazing stay! Would for sure recommend!

This is a gem in a great location! The place has everything you need on its surroundings and a beautiful beach is just steps away. The place is beautiful and it has a sun deck from where you can take in the beautiful weather without leaving the property. My new happy place!

Was the perfect location for me and my son. Parking was my biggest worry and i had no problem finding a spot every time we came back. The unit was clean and very comfortable we traveled to manati a few times to visit family and the drive really wasn’t to bad. And the days we didn’t travel there was plenty of things to do within walking distance Will definitely be rebooking again. Thank you Demi & Andrel for being such great hosts

I definitely will stay here again. It was private and very respected. No ruckus or negative energy around there. It was a little tedious to get into the apartment only because you have to use keys a whole lot for all doors and elevator. Other than that, this location has private parking which is perfect if you’re renting a car. I have no complaints about the apartment itself. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Thank you for the stay!

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!
