This place was amazing and the location was perfect for us. (Mom,Dad, son 24, daughter 22) Quiet , yet very easily assessable to entertainment/dining/and of course golf for our guys⛳️ Steven is very accommodating and always available if needed. I would not at all question this place if you are thinking of renting. Can’t beat that view! Thank you so much!!

Robin and Bryan were great hosts for our week long stay at Myrtle Beach with our family! Our room was very clean and welcoming and came with everyday supplies to get us through the week! Perfect walk to the beach and several different pools on the property. She was very responsive from the time we booked the trip, a few days before and during our stay! She gave us several different recommendations on things to do in the area! Highly recommend booking your stay at this beautiful condo! 🥰

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Michael was an exceptional host who clearly put great care into every detail of the condo. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the photos. Every amenity we could’ve needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and relaxing. I didn’t need to reach out for anything—except to say thank you! My family and I had a fantastic trip and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This oceanfront condo in Garden Beach City met all of our needs from doing a convention in Myrtle to enjoying the quieter beach in Garden City. Communication and messaging were outstanding by the hosts. We tried Raves in Surfside for breakfast this time and recommend it also along with unit 105 @ Ocean Cove. Sincerely, Jim & Kathy Noel

Enjoyed our weekend. Nice area and condo, easy to get in n out, secure gated resort. Clean and stocked with amenities for the beach. The foldable cart was perfect for toting our items to the beach. Loved the little patio in the early morning to watch the geese and as well as at night. Condo is situated in a resort area with multiple pools and Tennis courts and a not too long walk to the beach. Would recommend for a weekend or longer stay. Situated in an area that has lots of restaurants n stores a true tourist spot!

Loved the condo!! the elevator on our side of building stopped working the day before we went home so we had to walk alot of steps to load up for departure. The people above us were very hard walkers and woke us up really early in the mornings and it was hard to find a place to park if you came back later at night but that's not the owners fault. other than that it was a great place and good loction.

Had a great stay! Had an issue with the tv in the twin bedroom. Host was very responsive and attempted to remedy the problem but we napped through the maintenance guys knocking 😂. Not a big deal at all. Overall very happy with our stay!

What a great place! Everything was as described. It was so nice to be able to have our dog join us on this vacation. The condo is in a very walkable location nearby coffee shops, restaurants and sidewalks even if you want to walk down N Ocean Blvd. Quick access to the beach from the condo. The oversize vehicle parking behind the parking garage is life saver since we had a Tahoe. It was great not to have to check in at the front desk and be able to go right up to the room and use the pin pad and not have to worry about having a keycard. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

The place was in a very safe community, lots of older golfers. There was a pub in walking distance that we saw a lot of golfers at. The place is directly across from the pool that stayed opened till 11pm. So mu kids enjoyed night swimming. Rooms were big and lots of space.

The home was peaceful very nice and located in a great spot.Cristina was very quick to respond when we asked if we could stay another night and other questions we had.would highly recommend if your looking for a pet friendly place close to the beach.Will be booking again for next year.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.We had a great time.

We had an excellent stay in Jessica's condo. The place was exactly as described and our family of four fit well in there. The views were beautiful and the amenities were great! We would love to return sometime.

My family and I really enjoyed our experience here! Very spacious and secluded compared to the hotel rooms were used to on the grand strand. The kitchen had a lot of things that were accommodating that we forgot to bring to cook meals, short, walk to the beach, kids loved the pool.We will definitely be back next time we’re in Myrtle Beach!

My husband and I loved staying here. Very easy to access, clean and cozy. Great location (close to great restaurants) and the view is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Ashton's condo was very nice. The stairs were fine, it's 2nd floor as described, so we expected to haul our things up & down. (in our 70's) no prob. Inside, clean, smelled good, nice towels, soaps, etc, comfy bed. We didn't cook, so can't attest to any of that. The Keurig was great, with several starter pods. (we bring our own anyway) Another coffee maker & more. Location is perfect with a crosswalk a few steps away that takes you directly to beach access. Had a few "medium" to minor issues, that were immediately responded to by Ashton in a very kind & respectful manner. 10 stars for a great host, works hard to resolve any situation, which we appreciate. Great neighborhood for a beach getaway that's literally across the street from the beach . Thanks Ashton!

This was our second summer staying at Dan & Kathy’s condo and we had another wonderful experience! The condo has it all, is homey, clean and literally has everything you need. Beautifully decorated and very beachy. Kathy is so responsive and her hospitality is top tier. She truly does everything in her power to ensure you have a great stay. Highly recommend booking this condo!

We recently stayed in your renovated unit and found it offered plenty of space for our family of four. We did experience some initial confusion with the check-in process, as the resort has two main towers. We checked in at one tower but then had to drive to the other to unload our belongings. Additionally, parking for the first tower is located across the street, and gate access requires a card. We did appreciate the unit itself, especially the provided filtered water and the old-school Nintendo, which was a fun addition for the family. The beach buggy was also a great help for transporting our gear to the ocean. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. We felt it was very safe with lifeguards on duty, and the option to rent chairs from the city or bring your own was convenient. We also noted that the neighborhood adjacent to the resort appeared to be quite upscale. Overall, we had a really nice stay, and we appreciated Andrew's excellent communication.
