The house was very large and in the location we needed. Catherine was very accommodating, and the house was nicely decorated and furnished. It was perfect for our needs!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A true 5-star property and host. An amazing house in a beautiful area surrounded by water with access to a private beach. The house has been recently remodeled with a private king-size bedroom/bath. A second king size bed and 2 other bedrooms. The open kitchen and sun room are perfect places for a family to hang out and have meals. The amazing deck has a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub, kayaks and access to the waterway that runs through the neighborhood. The house has multiple tv’s including one on the deck outside. The house is in a lovely section of Mantoloking not far from restaurants and close to Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights attractions and boardwalks. My multi-generational family of 6 had a wonderful time and appreciated Donovan’s quick responses and superb communication. He was a wonderful host and we would definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

Great weekend getaway for 3 adults. Enjoyed relaxing outside with the TV to watch the game. Great location to the boardwalk. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck looking out over the water.

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Great place! Very clean, and spacious. We planned a last minute weekend getaway to fish and are happy we stumbled across this place. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

Everything was fantastic. House was very easy to find, just 2 blocks away from the grocery store, downtown Toms River was a quick 10 minute drive and 20 minutes to the boardwalk in Seaside. The layout is a little odd but worked out perfectly for our family. I wish it had been a nicer weekend so we could have utilized the fenced in yard, deck and grill. We would definitely stay here again

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

This stay was among our favorite for sure. The proximity to the beach, having the shore next to us was great. Host-wise, the communication from them and all the team needed was on point.

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Your amenities went above and beyond our expectation. Your quick response about activities nearby were on point. We enjoyed a day in Lavallette and a night of dinner, dancing and cocktails at Bum Roger’s. Both very close to your house. The beds are so comfortable. Absolutely stunning home just minutes from the heart of the boardwalk. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything our family needed. We loved the multiple decks and balconies and the huge living spaces. The host was extremely communicative and the advance information as well as the welcome book and pack was brilliantly curated with all the information we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze and the to-do list before leaving was fair and not overly burdensome. We would highly recommend the property and would love to stay here again.

We loved our weekend getaway. From the aesthetic of the place (hello live plants and mcm decor) to the impeccably clean space, plus the serene location, we had the absolute best time. Easy beach access nearby, great food at every spot we tried, plenty to do in town even on the overcast/rainy days - all around 10/10 stay. Jennifer was lovely and responsive and always so friendly.
