Walk to the OB Pier From a Low-Key Home in Ocean Beach

Our charming first-floor condo is in a quaint 2-unit building and has everything you'll need for your stay. Our kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishware, full array of cooking utensils, pots & pans, full-size fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, blender. Our condo is also equipped with a washer/dryer combo and a electric fireplace. There is also a pack n play for your little ones! Our living room includes a flatscreen Ultra High Def Television with free Amazon TV and Netflix for all your streaming enjoyment. The bedrooms have brand new queen sized Tempurpedic foam mattresses with ultra comfy premium hypoallergenic bedding. Located in the closet there is a portable ironing board with Iron, spare bedding and pillows as well as a pack and play for infants. Off-street parking as well as a single free private parking space included and can accommodate large vehicles. Guests are able to access any part of the first-floor unit condo and the private left side parking space in front of the unit. We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable, but if needed we will be available via phone, text and email during your stay and have associates available if required to attend in person. The home is set in Ocean Beach, a vibrant neighborhood known for its rich surfing culture and its nearly 2000-foot-long fishing pier, which offers a cafe near its terminus. The beach and pier are two blocks away, as are a variety of eateries and bars. We are in a walk-able, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with plenty of trails and easy beach access. There is also public transportation less than a block from the unit's location, UBER, LYFT and taxis are also available to pick you up at the unit. 2 blocks to the Ocean, pier, & public sandy beach 5-minute walk to the Ocean Beach Tide Pools 10-minute walk to Robb Field Walk-able community with biking trails/ hiking, parks and Ocean pathways 10-minute drive to SeaWorld Free Netflix and Amazon TV Great restaurants, shops and cafés in the neighborhood within walking distance High-Speed Internet/Wifi Luxury hypoallergenic bedding/pillows and fresh, clean towels and linens provided. Amazing space! Looking for a place near the beach, you found it! Literally a 1 min walk to the beach! Home has chairs, umbrella and other items you would need for a fun beach day! Stayed for a weekend and wished it was longer! The location was absolutely fantastic. A short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and some fun shops. Very quick drive to SD Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World. The parking was a little tricky and if you have anything larger than a sedan it would be difficult to navigate, but there seemed to be street parking available often and we didn't end up moving the car much since the neighborhood was so walkable! House was just as cute as the photos and the couch was super comfortable!

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Had a local stay here at Chung's home and definitely met all my expectations. Able to have my wife have her birthday getaway with family and of course the grandkids. Only caveat is having to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Judith’s place was perfect for our stay. For the sample, we brought kitchen equipment from NJ with us because we usually need it when we stay at other places. But Judith’s place had everything plus more than we expected. We left all the equipment in our car!! lol.😆
