Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Къщата е истинско съкровище. На снимките, дори не са посочени подробно всички удобства. Настаняването е самостоятелно, с ключ в сейф с код, собствено паркомясто пред къщата (постоянно си виждате колата), комплекса е затворен и с видеонаблюдение. С контролиран достъп (портиер с бариера на входа). Вилата е отделена от хотелската част и сред други вили, красиво и подредено. Басейна е само за ползването на вилата и е в задния двор на къщата. Има ограда 1,5м около вилата. Има абсолютно всичко необходимо за престой. В комплекса има супермаркет с всичко необходимо от козметика до храна и напитки. Има и бар при басейна на хотелския комплекс със страхотни коктейли. Вилата е подходяща, ако искате спокойствие и уединение. Просторна и удобна. Има много котки в комплекса. Гальовни, не са нахални, чистички са. Комуникацията с Алан беше безпроблемна. Всичко беше обяснено подробно. Тръгнахме си тъжни, защото ни се оставаше! Благодаря Ви, ще се върнем пак догодина с удоволствие.

Ако търсите тихо и спокойно място, препоръчвам да се спрете на тази къща. Ако мога да го опиша с една дума, тя е УЮТ! Благодарности към Zhaklina за отношението и старанието което беше положила за да направи престоя ни перфектен.

A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for a month with my son, the apartment is brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable , big table and comfy chairs to work at, internet was fast for Zoom and working everyday except for 1 in the whole month. It was solved immediately by Maxim who just brought me his own broadband while he fixed it, amazing host. Maxim really made our stay fantastic he picked us up from the airport, checked us in, responds to messages fast, he’s a great guy. The apartment is extremely quiet, very close to the beach, the balcony is lovely to sit on, see the sea and also you can dry all of your washing. One thing to note, the pool is not filled out of the summer months. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best. Lots of pans and cutlery, plates and bowls and all the appliances you need. I would 100% come back and stay here in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Monika, le logement est moderne et la résidence avec piscine très agréable. Il y avait tous les équipements pour la plage donc c’était parfait!

Апартаменты превзошли ожидания! Очень чистые, красивые, с шикарным видом, до моря недалеко. Несколько хороших супермаркетов рядом. Петранка предоставила место для машины, всегда была на связи. Обязательно вернемся!

I think that the fact that we spent about 2 months and a half at Mario's flat says everything 🤗 The spectacular seaview, the pool , the modern flat were the perfect ingredients for us having a just wonderful vacation and we are going to return for sure next year 🙂 Thanks, Mario( and also Mario's mum, who was just lovely and very helpful) and see you next year!!!🌅

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

Miejsce jest fantastyczne i kameralne. Można się tam poczuć jak w domu, wyciszyć i odpocząć. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, duża bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze wszystkimi sprzętami do gotowania, dwie łazienki, klimatyzacja sprawna w obu sypialniach i salonie. Taras zapewnia relaks za dnia i wieczorem z piękna panoramą na morze i Obzor, dobry widok na basen, szybkie zejście. Na basenie nie brakowało leżaków. Na miejscu, przy basenie, działa bar gdzie można zamówić ciepłe przekąski, lody i napoje. Dostępny jest również stół do Ping-ponga. Jack od początku rezerwacji był przyjazny i elastyczny. Zawsze szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i służył pomocą. Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji należy zwrócić uwagę na opłaty związane ze sprzątaniem.

We werden goed en warm ontvangen. Marco was altijd vriendelijk en heeft ons goed door het dorp rondgeleid. Ook als we een vraag hadden konden we hem gelijk appen en reageerde hij altijd. Tevens was het een mooie villa met alle benodigdheden die je (mogelijk) nodig kan hebben. Kortom, top villa!

mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie nr 10 z cudownym widokiem na morze i pięknie zadbanym parkiem. Balkon z suszarką na ubrania, krzesełkami i stoliczkiem był dodatkowym atutem. uważam, że dom jest najlepiej usytuowanym domem w okolicy. Cisza, a jednocześnie blisko do głównej ulicy z restauracjami. w parku ławeczki i siłownia.

Отличное расположение - пляж, центр, всё рядом. Тихое и спокойное место. Очень приветливые и гостеприимные хозяева. Помогут, расскажут, посоветуют. Было приятно пообщаться! Квартира в целом комфортная. Есть даже письменный столик, где можно поставить ноутбук, нам пригодилось) Обеденный стол на балконе, кушать дома тесновато, но мы об этом знали из отзывов, поэтому были готовы, особой проблемы в этом не увидели) Единственное, что нам не понравилось - это старый пружинный матрас на кровати, он своё уже давно отслужил, поменяйте пожалуйста! Спасибо за отдых.

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию — всё очень чисто, аккуратно и продумано до мелочей. До моря буквально 2 минуты пешком, что стало огромным плюсом. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, мультиварка, полностью оборудованная кухня со всей посудой и приборами. Особое удовольствие — бассейн, идеально чистый и ухоженный, с комфортной зоной для отдыха. Район тоже очень понравился — тихо, зелено, много красивых мест для прогулок. Отличный вариант как для короткой поездки, так и для длительного отдыха. Очень довольны, спасибо хозяевам! Обязательно вернёмся 😊

Бяхме много доволни от престоя си. Катерина е супер домакин отговаряше много бързо на всичките ни въпроси ,невероятна чистота на апартамента, имаше всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. На територията на комплекса има ресторант и магазин, което е много удобно. Басейнът е добре подържан, морето е много близо. Другата година ако изберем България за почивка отново ще изберем Свети Влас и със сигурност при Катерина. Благодарим за прекрасната почивка.

Выше всяких ожиданий. Ангелина организовала трансфер. Несмотря на утреннее время, я сразу заехала в апартаменты. На связи 24/7. Любая просьба, вопрос, совет находили отклик. Про хозяйку апартаментов можно писать очень много теплых слов. Сами апартаменты действительно расположены на первой линии. Теперь мне действительно понятно, почему такой высокий рейтинг. Если ещё захочется приехать в Болгарию. Это будет только Бяла и только Ангелина. Спасибо огромное!

Angeline ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns am Tag der Ankunft mit frischem Salat aus ihrem Garten überrascht. Wir hatten ein wenig Probleme das Haus zu finden anhand der hinterlegten Adresse. Das Haus ist sehr ursprünglich, die Küche gut ausgestattet, allerdings mit nur einer Herdplatte, sauber und gepflegt und hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit, der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt.

A pleasant house with friendly owners. Everything is clean, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
