Great location - quick walk to Interlaken Ost (main) train station and Harder Kulm. Just a bit longer to main field where paragliders land and rest of Interlaken’s restaurants. Parking space available and no need to drive around. Daniela was great to communicate with and was super flexible with our flight caused delay to check in. Definitely recommend.

This home is in a lovely location with the most gorgeous views. It's an amazing place to get away from the noise and bustle of a lively city. We enjoyed both of the double-decker balconies constantly and made the best memories!

We enjoyed staying at the chalet very much. Far from the hustle and bustle and stress, we were able to enjoy the wonderful location and views. Urs and his parents were always available, helpful and took good care of us. Thank you!

Natalie is a great host and very friendly! She took care of everything we needed during our stay with the small kids. Her place is beautiful and within walkable distance from the Grindelwald Terminal station.

Great host! Very nice and fast response to questions. Wasn’t sure where to throw trash and how the dish washer works. The freezer wasn’t working properly. but overall great stay and clean!

We spent a workshop weekend at Ivan's beautiful house. The house, the location and the amenities couldn't have been better. We were all very comfortable and would come back any time. All participants were very enthusiastic! If we could give 10 stars, we would! We'll be back :)

A very nice apartment, extremely tastefully decorated, very well thought out, the space is used very well, child-friendly. We were there 4 years ago, at that time we already liked it, now, after the renovation, it is even a level better. We felt completely comfortable, Delia was extremely flexible and responded quickly to inquiries. We'll be back, it was "Pura Vida." Thank you for the hospitality.

We had a great weekend in Grindelwald and felt right at home in Chalet Steinegg. The Steinegg team responded to questions and messages very quickly and was straightforward and always kind. The accommodation was just right and well equipped for us as a large group. It had enough dishes and also large bowls. We highly recommend the chalet & the location / beautiful view and were completely satisfied. 😊

A beautiful house in a beautiful and private setting. Plenty of room for my wife and I plus our two adult sons. Close to amazing hiking trails and good local restaurants. Britt was very responsive and helpful. We were sorry to leave!

We have been to Wengen many times, but the accommodation made it even better this year. Beautiful apartment in wonderful surroundings and we will definitely return.

And a special shout-out to Peter, our driver – incredibly punctual, knowledgeable and so kind. He made our local travel smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Wengen. Honestly, while we’ve returned home.

We had the most wonderful time at Racers Retreat. The house was warm, beautifully maintained. The hospitality we received was incredible,the staff were welcoming and always quick to respond to any of our needs. While the property is located a bit of a distance from the train station, the walk to and from it offers scenic views that made the journey feel even better,if a little tiring.They offer one complimentary round-trip transfer to and from the station, which we really appreciated. The driver who picked us up was extremely helpful and polite.A special mention to Mandi, who was an absolute sweetheart she consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable, always making us feel safe and truly at home. During our stay, we were lucky enough to witness a magical snowfall.The nearby Coop supermarket, conveniently located beside the station, made it easy to pick up anything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a magical vacation.

Excellent family stay in Andréa's chalet! The area is absolutely beautiful, between lakes, mountains and breathtaking views. The chalet is authentic, the equipment is simple but sufficient. The environment is quiet. We highly recommend Andréa's chalet!

Fantastic home and host. Very comfortable home for 2 families and very close and easy walk to everything! 20-30 seconds to bus stop… 1-2 minutes to Gemsstock Gondola… 3-4 minutes to cafes/bars/restaurants… 8-10 minutes to train station….

We were so comfortable. We shared the home with our friends and we had plenty of space. The home was in a spectacular setting. Maria-Pia and Beni were very kind and gave great recommendations. There is a washing machine and it worked great. We needed it at this point in our trip. This was our favorite place!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

A Truly Swiss Alpine Gem! This was nothing short of magical!! It offers an absolutely spectacular view of Lake Thun and the majestic Bernese Alps- the kind of view that makes you pause and soak it all in, especially in the morning with a nice cup of coffee! The peacefulness of the setting was unmatched, with the soft sounds of cowbells in the distance adding the perfect Swiss countryside charm. The home itself is beautifully done in a very traditional Swiss style - warm, inviting, and full of character. It felt like an authentic experience, not just a place to stay. Every detail reflected the local charm, and it was clear how much care had gone into creating a space that was both comfortable and true to its roots. Markus, the host, was incredible. Extremely responsive and genuinely attentive, he helped us with restaurant recommendations, local tips, discount cards and ideas for day trips. By the end of our stay, I truly felt like I made a new Swiss friend! I’d return in a heartbeat!!

An amazing property. Beautiful view out of every window. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

First of all, the views from every room of this house are so much more incredible than the pictures can show. The chalet has so much character. Second, the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond to any needs or issues and resolve them right away. The walk up to the house was quite steep but we did okay with it. For us, it was a 10-minute walk to the bus stop or ferry. There are so many adventures close by via bus, train, or ferry (which we highly recommend). The beds were just fine and did not give us any aches or pains. The chalet is filled with a lovely lavender spa scent. The master bedroom is huge & beautiful, but it’s important to note that there is not much privacy because there is no door to the bedroom or bathroom, but you have the 2nd floor all to yourself. The hosts do provide a standing privacy screen. We would not hesitate to book this listing again as the 4 of us had the best time here and had ample space.
