This was our second time staying with Telese! The location was perfect for visiting family in Martin. She was able to accommodate us at the last minute and was super responsive for all questions. The home has plenty of space. We look forward to returning whenever we are in Martin.

Everything was as pictured and no surprises. We were here to work on the town splashpad and David’s house was great place after long workdays.

Rented this home while in town for Gov School family weekend at UT Martin in which my daughter is attending. While there isn’t much to do in the area, Kenny’s property was perfect. It had plenty of space for our family, was very clean, we had games to play, etc. Thank you Kenny!

We typically travel and stay at Air BnB homes. This one is easily one of our favorites! The home had all we needed, very cozy, quiet and comfortable! I would stay here again without question. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Sam's Place. The furniture was comfortable and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The home is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were easy. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Our only complaint about the location was that noise from the shopping center behind the home prevented us from sitting in the backyard. There is comfortable seating on the front porch which we used instead.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. The tea was delicious! My grandson asked to go back to the "white house" after our day at Discovery Park. That's how much he liked it. I told Julie and she immediately sent suggestions of things to do if we ever return to the area for a longer stay (which we will most likely do!). The only downside was the rain. I was looking forward to sitting outside. We'll have to return just for that reason!

This place was a wonderful, country getaway. Mary Jo was very respectful and responsive to all of our inquiries. If you love the country life, this place is a must! Be sure to bring mosquito spray! 😁

Brandy’s place was perfect for our weekend for my nieces wedding. Conveniently located just 15 mins from the wedding venue. Restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. Our fur babies were welcomed at no extra charge. They even had doggie treats, poop bags and blankies for them. I would definitely recommend Brandy’s Woodshop place for your stay in Union City.

Andrelle’s place is a beautiful, roomy home away from home. We were there for my daughter’s UTM graduation and it was just perfect. I particularly love that when the advertisement says sleeps 10 it is all in beds and not pull out sofas. She does a wonderful job of supplying all you need from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of towels to cold water bottles in the refrigerator. I only wish we had discovered it freshman year and not just for graduation!

Ben was definitely a great host, the property was just as described! We truly enjoyed our small weekend getaway before baby #2 arrives. I would highly recommend Ben & The hut to anyone! We will be back soon!
