Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

This unique accommodation is located in an idyllic cellar street, but only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The garden consists of several levels and is nicely integrated into the Kellergasse. It is a particularly quiet location, as a forest begins behind the house and the Kellergasse is hardly used.
