We had a wonderful week's holiday in the Lake District. Beautiful cycle paths, beautiful nature and great weather! The host's house is large, clean and well equipped. The hosts Jorg and Claudia are nice, very friendly and always willing to help. Flexible. We came back after 7 years and did not regret it. We will definitely come again sometime. A really great place, thank you for providing such a beautiful and quiet place to a stressed city kid! I immediately felt very comfortable, the lake right by the house was so great. You can just unwind, enjoy the peace and wildlife and also explore everything by kayak. The surroundings were also really great, there are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and beer gardens nearby, so you are always well catered for. The well-equipped kitchen also offered to cook like at home and then eat relaxed on the terrace. I enjoyed the time so much, thank you :)

A very nice apartment in a quiet location but still close to the center. We arrived as a family with a toddler and felt comfortable. The stairs take some getting used to, but after a few times you get the hang of it. The bus stop from which you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes is right on the street in front of the apartment. Otherwise, everything necessary is available and the communication and handling was impeccable.

We stayed in Lübbenau for an extended weekend getaway trip. The Sommerhof was the perfect accommodation for us. Within walking distance of everyone, making a relevant approach for us. Ludger is a very friendly host. We highly recommend!

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the Wi-Fi very fast. The location is ideal, with convenient access to public transport. The host was friendly and helpful.

We were there with a large group of 11 people and this was the second time. Part of it was in a new beautiful apartment. The other part had three rooms with private bathrooms in the lower area. We were able to use the large kitchen and dining room and everything outside flexibly! We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable! We will most likely come here a third time!

Even in the morning you could have breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and start the day......and end the day sitting in the rocking chair by the fireplace in the evening. A beautiful area invites you to cycle and walk,or just enjoy time sitting at the harbor or in the sand.... At night, good and comfortable beds invited you to sleep and dream. A successful stay in great weather! The only downside was the very steep space-saving staircase,especially if you have to go to the toilet at night.

A really nice cottage, well furnished, the house had everything you need. However, the description did not indicate that you live in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant terrace. We were lucky that there was very little going on, so it was not a problem. The walk recommended by Sascha was very nice! There are some fisheries and restaurants directly on Lake Mellen. Overall a great place to take a short vacation!

We stayed in the apartment for ten days. We really enjoyed it. A very great apartment that fully met our expectations. Beautiful, modern, clean and cozy furnishings, definitely recommended!! The apartment corresponds to the descriptions, is centrally located, yet very quiet... Also as a place for activities in the region (e.g. Zossen, Mittenwalde, Königs Wusterhausen, Berlin, Potsdam, Frankfurt/O. or Tropical Island) very well located and connected (bus stops at the front door, train in 5 km, highway connection in 7 km). All without long distances to reach. Many possibilities also for bike rides - in all directions (We made a lot of use of it). The proximity to the forest also invites you for extensive walks - or in autumn to collect mushrooms. As a result, we have a very great vacation in a very nice apartment and neighborhood. We had an amazing stay at Petra’s! We went to Germany to explore the winter markets. Petra’s air BNB is a 15-20 min drive to the big Dresden market. However, just up the street from her place there is a small market for 2 weeks in December and we were lucky enough to be there for it. Her place has wonderful shops and food located within a short walking distance. Petra gave wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. Comfy bed and beautiful air BNB. We would definitely stay at Petra’s again!

The place is great, the host and his wife are super nice and were very accommodating. Despite 2 hours delay, we received a warm welcome. My highlight was the bathroom with underfloor heating. I'm sure 👍🏽 we'll be back.

Our stay in the barn was very nice and relaxing, surrounded by nature and with a large garden. The hosts were very friendly. Kitchenette and bathroom in the other house, was also perfectly okay for us. It is important to note that it is not a fully equipped kitchen. We still loved the stay.

Despite the last-minute booking, everything worked out great. The accommodation is great, very spacious, great furnishings! You'll find everything you need and much more. We were greeted and said goodbye very nicely. Too bad we only booked the place for one night.

We enjoyed it very much. The decor of the apartment is really very high level and very spacious and tasteful. Above all, the kitchen was great and it was really fun to cook there. Most vacation apartments don't have good knives, so I got used to bringing my own knife - that wouldn't have been necessary here, because they were so good. Thank you again.

We booked this hotel for the family reunions (16 people). The location was good. It was very quiet, easy to find and the beautiful nature all around. The furnishings have gone a little over the years, but if you want something luxurious, you have to pay about 3 times as much as offered here. We stayed completely satisfied

Short but nice stay to full satisfaction.

Since we unfortunately could not check in due to an accident, we had to cancel the booking and arrival. Vadym was very understanding and friendly and wished us all the best. This is no longer a matter of course, where you can expect kindness and understanding. Thank you very much. But since we have not lost sight of our destination and definitely want to go to this area we will book the room with Vadym again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The location is ideal for exploring Dresden – quiet, but still close to everything you need. Communication with the host was great – quick, friendly and always helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Dresden!

The place was just super the host mega nice and the location is quiet and very nice. Definitely recommended.

Annerose warmly welcomes you on its beautiful property directly at the lake. But clarify beforehand if you get what you see in the photos. It can always happen that something needs to be repaired and accordingly accommodated elsewhere. Otherwise, everything is well-equipped and tiptop.
