Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

1 room apartment including kitchen

Our accommodation consists of a 1-room apartment, with separate bathroom and built-in kitchen. The apartment includes a large bed, TV, Wi-Fi access and a small table. Parking is ample and can be used free of charge. Directly adjacent you will find a restaurant including beer garden, which is open from Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast can be booked in advance as an extra. You sleep here very rural but only about 10 minutes from the Deggendorf highway junction.

The exclusive granny apartment is located on the edge of the Bavarian Forest and allows a variety of excursion possibilities. Beautifully located in the border triangle (Germany-Austria-Czech Republic), there are countless activities to do. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
