The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

We have been skiing in Soelden for 15 years and have lived in various apartments from Huben, Burgstein, Au and we have not found such a good offer of accommodation conditions for the price as here. Spacious and comfortable apartment and great location. That's why we've already booked for the next year.
