We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

There is only one toilet, otherwise everything is great and a totally nice exchange with the owner. Everything you need is available.

Ulrike's house is the best place we have stayed in Europe for so many years (perhaps not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes people feel the beauty of being in nature. At the same time, Ulrike and her family were very kind and friendly, and always able to help us solve any problems with the house in a timely manner. At the same time, free time will give us local pastries and food, which is great👍. In short, we had a wonderful holiday at Ulrike's house, and we will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future, and we also strongly recommend other friends to stay in their house if they have the chance🏠👍👍

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and which had everything we needed for a few days in Oberhausen. The apartment is located in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings with hiking opportunities. Which was just what we wanted when we were traveling with a dog. Big nuisance with both elevator and balcony. Highly recommended

Great place to stay... any time again

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I immediately felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back when I'm in Essen again. Thank you again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

We've been to this place before. And we will be happy to come back whenever we are in the area again. Everything just fits. The accommodation is exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable. There is an information folder about the region and a lot of reading material (cookbooks, novels, travel literature from many countries). Communication works perfectly for us. In front of the apartment door there is a small table with two chairs. Perfect for smokers. An ashtray is also available. We can't think of anything we could criticize.

My husband and I stayed at Willis' place for two days. The apartment is quiet and central. Not only does it have everything you need, but also some beautiful and original things, as well as an interesting selection of books. We particularly liked Willis' warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

There were three of us at Corinna's place for three days. Even before, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment where everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we felt immediately comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Lovely place in a quiet residential area. The hosts are very nice. The apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished and very clean. Everything you need. Relatively large rooms and a separate kitchen.

We were warmly welcomed in person and the accommodation was personally introduced, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is nicely quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you so much.
