The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

V bližini namestitve se nahaja veliko možnosti za aktivnosti na prostem. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
