An apartment located on a second floor. 2 blocks from the pedestrian street and 1 from the famous "Cruz de Piedra", where the "calendas" (traditional Mexican kitchens) are. There is a market with local products, cafes, a laundry, a bakery, restaurants, museums, and churches nearby. You can walk around the city. On the way to the center there are many tourist attractions. A safe area with a lot of tourist and cultural affluence. Very close to the Guelaguetza Auditorium, within walking distance.

Fully equipped, 2 floors studio-apartment. Cozy, bright, fresh, silent and clean. Stove-oven, microwave, plenty of space in the fridge, cofeemaker and cooking supplies. Cedar furniture. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. Located in a traditional, homy, still central and safe neighborhood. I'm always available for questions/requests. Feel very welcome :)

I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.
