We had a WONDERFUL time! The location can’t be beat - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from a great brewery, and less than 10 min to the main boardwalk. The house itself was clean, nicely updated, and was beautifully furnished. They even had beach towels and wagons we could use! I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved it! Nice house with a private beach. Just an overall nice place to set on the beach and relax. The house is a nice place and comfortable. The house was clean when we arrived the ammenites were excellent. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay. I would like to book this house again for a future trip.

Hillary's place was the perfect launching pad for a fun yet chill weekend in colonial beach with a friend. The little beach down the road was lovely and quiet-- we spent a relaxing afternoon floating in the calm waters and admiring the view. We could easily walk to a couple waterfront restaurants. The house itself was super clean and well appointed--the description was spot on. We really enjoyed playing some records and relaxing on the couch. I plan to return!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

Had a great weekend in the Northern Neck here! We watched a pod of dolphins and stingrays from the backyard, enjoyed easy access to nearby parks, and had a great time cooking in the kitchen. This is seemingly a very recently renovated house, and all the towels, sheets, beds, etc. seemed brand new as well. It was super clean, super comfy, and the hosts were very responsive! I liked that the property was surrounded on one side by forest as well—it was nice and quiet and secluded. Finally, they have a super cute collection of board games disguised as old timey books. I'd definitely stay here again!

The Tall Boy had lots of space in each room- not over cluttered. I rarely use a kitchen but did this time. It had everything we needed. The weekend outside temperature was very hot. We were at our relatives all day. However, each room has its own a/c unit and chilled down quickly for sleeping. We brought our 2 small dogs. The place had no smell of previous animals. We would stay again at Katie's place.
