Beachfront vacation rentals in Oak Bluffs

The place was beautiful and clean with a great view. It fits 8 people comfortably and if there are folks willing to sleep on the couch even 10 people would be happy there. This house is 20 minutes from ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and the surrounding areas are beautiful

The house was gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The location was absolutely perfect, easily walkable to a few restaurants and the beach! VP Cape Cod had great communication and put everything I needed to know on the app, we were so pleased with our stay and will definitely come again!

This home was perfect for our large family group. There are many places to gather upstairs, downstairs, on the big porch, and in the yard. The kitchen and living room are in the top floor. The kitchen has every cooking tool and pot known to humanity! We cook so this was a big plus. The home is steps from the lagoon, a deep bay on the north coast of MV. All of the bathrooms and bedrooms are on the first floor. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property is a beautiful mix of old and new. The original structure is over 100 years old. The bedrooms retain much of the original character while the kitchen and upstairs bath have been very nicely updated. We found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The location is quiet. The association beach is a short walk and is clean with easy swimming as the bay side water is usually calm. It is a beautiful area for paddling with generally quiet water. There are numerous options within 10-15 minutes for restaurants or shopping. We very much enjoyed the stay with plans to return. Chuck was very responsive to any questions or concerns; great host.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

Liza’s place is magical. The house is so much more than a beach house. It has a soul! Thank you Liza for being such an exquisite host.

We had an amazing time and would love to come again! The location was perfect, close to the beach and away from the busier parts of the island. I definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

Our family stayed at Madi's place for our summer vacation. Madi was very responsive and communicative prior to our stay with local recommendations and instructions for the home and beach passes. Our family of 5 was comfortable and we had a wonderful time on MV. Would definitely return to Madi's place.

We stayed off season, but still plenty to do and see. We loved it!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

In our experience we had wonderful communication from Chris’s team. They were extremely responsive to our messages and checking on our stay. The location was amazing! Nice pool deck, steps to the beach, and so many amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable, enough storage, and efficient kitchen to use. When we had issues with our televisions, the staff were quick to find solutions.

The room was cozy and clean with modern, quality furnishing. In room fridge was a plus. Balcony over-looking property and waterfront was highlight!

Thank you the place was awesome no complaints here me and the family had a great time and from some one that didn’t grow up seeing a place like this one this created a great memories for me and the family once again thank you.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

This weekend was our second stay at Kimberly’s place. It’s great in all weather and has multiple spots to hang out outside. We spent morning on the front deck, had lunch on the back deck and watched the boats from the balcony in the afternoon. And it’s such a short walk to the beach we went multiple times throughout the day.

Absolutely loved Elisa’s house in Vineyard Haven. We went for my 30th birthday weekend with some friends and we legitimately could not have had a better time. The house is phenomenal and couldn’t be in a better location. The kitchen is modern, the rooms are spacious, the backyard is perfect for hanging out. The three season room was an awesome place to hang out. I have so so many nice things to say about this house and Elisa’s hospitality. I can’t wait to come back & could not recommend more!

We had a great stay at Lisa's house! The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone was impressed with the house and location and wished that we could have stayed longer.

Matthew was receptive from the very beginning of our reservation. The home was is a beautiful location, very quiet and clean. The bathrooms were very "spa like", spacious and enough to accomadate an even larger group. I would highly recommend Matthew and his lovely home to anyone that needs to "get away from it all".

Donna was a wonderful host. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Communication was spot on. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. This is one of the best AirBnB homes I've stayed in. The location was great. Walking along the water was a highlight. We were so happy to visit her home and learn of her family history. We definitely plan to return. There are ton's of restaurants to choose from in the New Bedford-Fairhaven area and Donna has lots of the menus available. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a family meal as well. She has thought of just about everything you could need while away from your own home. Great little house, cozy and welcoming. Nice beach just down the street. Beds very comfortable. The Coffee machine Keurig didn’t work for us, we could not figure it out, but luckily we brought our own gadget to make coffee. Loved the decor of the house.

We had a lovely stay at Elsa’s place while visiting for Christmas. We enjoyed being able to take walks along the fort each day, and the place was decorated very tastefully! Thanks, Elsa.
