The cottage is practical and pleasantly furnished. Throughout the cottage there are brackets where you can hang your belongings, also in the bathroom. That is very pleasant! The second toilet upstairs is also very pleasant. It's nice and cool downstairs, even when it's hot outside. The cottage is furnished with care and therefore very cozy. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing from the arrival, we were welcomed by a pleasant and helpful gentleman, he showed us around the house, recommended some activities and places, we loved the stay, beautiful house, fully equipped in a quiet location, an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend or more days, we have nothing to complain about and we can only recommend the MASØN house.

This apartment was one of the best equipped ones we visited in Bohemia. We were delighted with the welcome wine and waters. The big advantage was that the second apartment was unoccupied, so we had complete privacy and the entire outdoor space to ourselves. Communication with David was very kind and seamless. Thank you.

The house is located directly on the ski slope. A large property, a barbecue and wood for the barbecue are provided. Andrzej personally welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. In the house there are two toilets and showers – perfect for two small families. Everything in the house is designed with love. A special thank you for the little gift. Unfortunately, there was little snow during our stay, and the lifts were not in operation, but of course dear Andrzej had no influence on that;). We really enjoyed it!

We love the other cottage Tré, so we had high expectations, which Villa 99 surpassed. ✨ Everything is beautifully furnished and from the first moment we felt at home. A place where you can completely switch off. In the evening you fall asleep to the sound of a stream and in the morning you are awakened by birds. A unique place we will definitely be happy to return to. ❤️

The house is beautiful, well designed and very comfortable. It's perfect for a group of friends or a big family. You can find there the private space in pretty bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) or have a huge social space with big table – perfect for meals or playing activities. The house is new and fresh. The owners are friendly people and contact with them is nice. They are very helpful.

Everything is great, the photos don't quite reflect the actual situation, in fact the apartment is small (but we've been notified). Overall, I'm fine. Great communication. Perfect location. Recommended.

Beautiful spacious cottage with large garden. If you like cross-country skiing in winter, you just have to go out of the garden and go. The children bobbed on the way to the moss pond, there is a turn where you can bobble. In the garden there is a nice bench by the house, where the sun shines beautifully in the afternoon. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a small bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and toilet, and especially a kitchen with all the amenities (oven, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, grater, opener, matches, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, cutlery,...) and a stove where it locks. Otherwise, there's an electric heater. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, each can sleep at least 4 overnight guests, there is also a crib. And there's another toilet. The larger bedroom has a large window overlooking the cross-country skiing circuit and forests. There are also books, DVDs (TV can only play DVDs on the TV - not the classic TV program, games, toys. We loved it here. For our smallest, the biggest draw was the staircase from the kitchen to the upstairs. Even though it went through at least a hundred times, nothing happened to him.

We were very satisfied and spent a week over Christmas at the property. We were particularly pleased upon arrival, that we even found a Christmas tree in our cabin as a surprise. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed because we had a breakdown with our car. But everything still worked out. Ivan even helped us find a workshop the next morning where we got help the same day. He is a helpful host and we felt very comfortable there.

The stay was absolutely great. Everything looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground. The accommodation is fully equipped, we positively evaluate the outdoor grill. Beds are comfortable, private. We look forward to staying again
