Waterfront vacation rentals in Nykøbing Sjælland

We were very warmly welcomed and were shown the beautiful surroundings on a small tour of the grounds by Tina. The accommodation is very comfortable and lovingly equipped and offers plenty of space. The apartment is flooded with light through large glass windows and glass doors. There is a cozy seating area outside right in front of the living-dining area with a large table to eat there. We enjoyed the tranquility and the enchanting polyphonic bird concert very much. Tina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, Tina hung delicious croissants on the door. We felt wonderfully spoiled all around! This place offers a great starting point for excursions into nature in the immediate vicinity, but also for activities in Roskilde and Copenhagen. This stay was my first Air BNB stay. It was me and my son who is 19. Our annual father-son adventure. I travel a lot and usually stay in hotels. My son convinced me to try Air BNB. From the beginning Christina was a great communicator. She was responsive to all my questions. I felt very prepared when I got to Copenhagen. The check in process was very easy. She clearly had the whole thing very well thought out. The apartment and surrounding area was great. The apartment over looks a pretty lake. So relaxing to sit by the lake. Lots to do in easy walking distance. GREAT biking in the city. She checked in on us by text during the week. The check out process was smooth. I feel good about recommending this apartment to others staying in Copenhagen. My experience encouraged me to try Air BNB again on my next vacation.

We had a great stay. Anne-Mette is a great host, her apartment is right on the water. The photos don't even come close to showing how great the apartment really is. The view is a dream and spots like the Reffen Foodmarket are also within easy reach by water taxi. We'll be back.

Signe's place was perfect! Even better than expected. We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and having all of the baby necessities made it much easier and enjoyable for us. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location!

This is my second time staying at a listing under Streckers Apartments and it was just as memorable and enjoyable as the first! There is nothing more iconic than staying directly on the canal in a beautifully decorated apartment that also pays respect to the history of the building. Truly nowhere else I’d stay in Copenhagen!

Very prime loction, right on Nyhavn and walkable to every key attractiobs. Jesper was kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us clearly with great info. The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend thus place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kirsten's! The place was just as charming as described – quietly located, with direct access to the lake and perfectly equipped for our fishing trip. Particularly nice was the possibility to go on the water by canoe and rowboat directly from your own property. Kirsten is an exceptionally warm and helpful host. She provided us with all the important information in advance, was always available and took care of everything with so much attention to detail – from boat licenses to maps. Just great! The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed – including a well-equipped kitchen, freezer and grill. And little extras like firewood were also available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime! Thank you for everything, dear Kirsten! 🙏🏼

What a wonderful experience in this beautiful beach cottage! Once I arrived, I felt right at home. The cottage is decorated with so much care and eye for detail; it really exudes a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. The location is of course a dream – waking up to the sound of the waves and a cup of coffee on your own seaview veranda, what more could you ask for? But what really made this place memorable was Dorthe's fantastic service. She is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but also proactive and attentive. Her warm personality and the impeccable way she arranged everything made sure my stay was completely carefree.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location is extraordinary and very private, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. You can imagine that many family holidays have taken place here, it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If there's anything to improve, it would be to keep it a bit cleaner, but that didn't detract from our overall experience. James is a very friendly host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The charm of the house stands on its own, making it a truly special, unique, and remarkable spot. Highly recommended!

Can you give more stars than 5? This is a completely unique accommodation, which is so tastefully restored and decorated and which is also located in a nice natural area. We were 6 adults and 2 children and it worked perfectly.

A very pleasant house to celebrate Christmas in for us with 3 adult children and respectively. A total of 8 people. Enough room for a relaxed socializing without getting too crowded. Magical view (although the fog was dense all holiday season). Great standard in both the kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Eva’s place. It was very central to all we wanted to do and we walked to all the spots. We took the metro as well, just a short walk to station. My brother from Denmark was also extremely impressed at the location and the nice apartment. Our 6yo loved having the play space in the courtyard. We had large family dinners and we felt right at home. We would stay here again!

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It is light and bright with beautiful views from both balconies. I especially liked the location because it was within walking distance to Fisketorvet, a nice shopping spot with a couple of grocery stores, restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to both the metro and the harbor bus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at Toke’s place and will stay there again the next time I’m in Copenhagen.

An exceptional place to stay in Copenhagen. Most places are walkable but it also on some key bus routes and is handy to the public ferry. The apartment itself is a lovely space, with excellent amenities and well provisioned. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying there. Copenhagen is bigger than we imagined, but this flat is in the coolest part (that we saw…). Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. The view was splendid and the apartment was lovely. The city is accessible by taxi boat or bike. The amenities are functional. I recommend it.

The location of Ulrik and Luna's apartment was perfectly located, close to the metro, the water and delicious restaurants. The apartment was super neat and everything was available, we felt completely at home and it was very cozily decorated. The communication went very smoothly and the apartment was very easy to find. We would book again in a minute!

Great views! Literally next to the beach

Claus's place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped -- perfect for our small family (my wife and I stayed with our 1-year-old son). It's literally steps from the lake and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, though a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to the nearest metro station. Claus was always friendly and responsive, and his clear instructions made check-in easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.
