Lovely newly renovated cottage, nice and well maintained with all necessary amenities, located on a large natural plot. The house is within walking distance of both Rørvig town and Nordstranden, which is Rørvig's best beach. It is bright and beautiful, with lots of windows and views of the forest/nature from all sides. A new bathroom was established in 2021, with a shower and washing machine. The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

Nyd de dejlige omgivelser i denne romantiske og charmerende bolig i naturen. En unik bolig for et par/lille familie der gerne vil slappe af og nyde freden, men være tæt på land, skov og strand. Haven og terrasserne giver masser af muligheder for at spise mad eller blot nyde den skandinaviske himmel. Specielt aftenhimlen kan anbefales - her kan I se masser af stjerner. Der er 12 km til den smukke fiskerby Gilleleje. 8 km til Tisvildeleje med strand, mange cafeer og restauranter samt shopping.

This idyllic property boasts a prime location adjacent to the picturesque plantation of Asserbo/Tisvilde, and the stunning beaches are easily accessible by bike or on foot. The house spans 50 m2 and features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living area and kitchen, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. Includes annex with double bed. Here, you can walk to the beach, where the most beautiful sunset can be enjoyed.
