Beautiful little apartment, conveniently located with a gorgeous pool area! The host was very responsive to my messages and the complex felt safe and quiet.

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Stay was comfortable. All the facilities were available. It's 6 to 8 minutes away from the strip on the taxi which normally charges 8 to 10$.Peaceful locality.

We had a great stay—5 stars all around! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with soft towels and thoughtful extra amenities in the bathroom. Tong was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

For our first time in Vegas it was amazing it made my girlfriends 21sr birthday special beautiful view nice pools and the buffet was amazing 10/10 I’m definitely coming back and booking with Chris again!!.

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

Tony's place was clean and tidy and in a great location. He was always fast with responding and check in was easy. Great experience overall!

My wife and I really enjoyed our first time in Vegas at Patrick’s condo at the Signature. Everything was exactly as expected. The indoor walk to MGM grand is quick. From MGM Grand you can easily walk over to New York New York and Excalibur. Easy walk outdoors to the strip as well. We used the valet and there was never a wait. Getting Lyft and Ubers was very easy as well. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we have an opportunity to return.

Spent 6 nights at Tanner's place. Condo matched my expectation, modern, spacious, clean, balcony with a view, laundry facilities, kitchen to prepare meals, reasonable walking distance to my conference at the Aria, got in some much needed daily steps. Home away from home vibe. Part of a gated complex with security guard. Building was impressive, grounds were well kept, resort like feeling. No negatives. I brought the following from home: Tide pods, some dishwashing liquid, J cloth to wipe up. There's also Target, CVS, Walgreens you can walk to for groceries.

Wonderful place to stay, close to many things to do. Perfect size for 2 people.

Great apartment near to the strip, just a few minutes drive with uber! It was very clean and looked really nice when we came there! Sherman gave us all the information for check-in and was very responsive as well! I can totally recommend booking here.

Amazing!!! The views are incredible. I have never stayed at a place that made me not want to leave. Everything about the AirBNB was top notch. From the furniture, to the kitchen, and even the shower was better than I could have expected. Truly the best place I have ever stayed in Las Vegas. There is a 100% chance that I will stay there again. Did I mention the views? You can see the strip to the mountains. Love it.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Henderson! It was the perfect spot for our family of 9. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was great! Close enough to Fremont and the Las Vegas Strip for day trips, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The house itself was stunning. The pool area was a hit with the whole family, and the teepee was such a unique and serene touch. I even spent one quiet morning reading out there. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the kitchen and bar area had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

This was our first stay in Vegas and was very pleased with the property. It was a close walk to the monorail system and the Strip. We would stay there again.

It was a great place to stay near the strip. Private pool was wonderful. The guys enjoyed the game room. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved it.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Hosts were flexible and responsive, especially when I needed to extend my stay last minute. The place was peaceful and perfect for our dogs thanks to the spacious backyard. One note for EV drivers: the Tesla charger didn’t work with our Polestar 2 (likely due to amperage differences), but we were able to use our 120V charger just fine—it was slower, but did the job. Probably no issue for Teslas! Would definitely stay again!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!
