I enjoyed my stay at Flamingo. The location is conveniently located in downtown, safe and close to all amenities. The Flamingo staff are very welcoming, helpful, attentive, and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The Hills View Hotel is a very pleasant hotel near the shore of Kivu lake. Its nice swimming pool in the beautiful garden is perfect for swimming and chilling. Since our shower room had an issue, we immediately got an upgrade to a room with lake and pool view. All the staff, director and managers of the hotel are so friendly and helpful, they really treated us like VIPs and invited us even to their staff party. After 2 days we felt like being part of the big family. We had such a good time that we even decided to stay 2 more nights. I can only recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit Gisenyi and spend some relaxing days in an affordable hotel.

Zawadi is a wonderful host. Made us feel at home, provided lots and lots of recommendations and she's very kind. Waking up to the sounds of birds was pristine. The place was beautiful and the house help was very kind. Anytime I am in town, will definitely stay here. Beautiful house and an even more wonderful host. would 100% recommend. worth every penny.

It was one night and we had a really precious time. Me and my friends were really happy with this place. I am the first guest of this place. So I was lucky to have a quality stay at a really low price. Since we were our first guests, we had a lot of minor issues, but Mutoni and her family went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. Moutoni is really the best caretaker. And her family was really responsible and affectionate people who looked like her. Kigufi is a 15-minute motto ride from Giseny. It looked far on the map, but it's a convenient place to get around on the motto. Don't hesitate to book because of the distance! You can see the stars here and the lake looks really beautiful. There are a few villagers living in a few houses, and they didn't threaten foreigners. There is a resort just a stone's throw away, and the view of this restaurant overlooks Kibu Lake, which looks like an ocean. The hygiene of food at that resort is not trustworthy. There are some hills from the host's house to the resort, and on a clear day, we were able to see Mount Niragongo. At night, the security guard guarded the house, so I was able to sleep with confidence. The garden is beautiful and tidy. I saw the garden manager doing his job in the morning. It's my first registered house, but I'm looking forward to becoming a super host soon!

My stay at the resort was fantastic! The apartment was perfect and the view of Lake Kivu right outside was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to see the lake each morning made the experience truly special. Highly recommend this beautiful place for anyone visiting Rwanda!
