This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Secluded getaway with amazing views. This one bedroom mother in law suite is part of its own private portion of the house located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay. Private entrance and exit to the pool and the bay. Outdoor kitchen and hot tub available for use. 30 day min. Hallway to the main part of the house is always locked. No unfair Airbnb fees. Cleaning fee is what I pay housekeeping. You’re on vacation. Just put the dirty towels in the tub and head out.
