Newly built house from 2021 with a lovely garden with trampoline, sandbox and a sunny terrace. The conservatory extends summer evenings. The terrace has a garden set, lounge set, barbecue and fire pit – perfect for cozy moments. The spacious kitchen/family room has a dining area for adults and two junior chairs. The house has two bathrooms, three rooms and a playroom with the possibility of bedding. The two bedrooms have double beds, the third a sofa bed, and office space. Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Close to Gigantium, Aalborg city center (10 min), highway, public transport and green areas - ex. Østerådalen and Kongshøj forest (possibility of mountain biking trips). Bus 13 from the airport right to the door. The apartment contains everything needed for four people to stay here. Spacious bike shed, which is yours all alone, should bring bikes or other things. Nice dining area on a large balcony with a view.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was quiet and there was always a parking space available in front of the door. If we travel to Aaolborg again, we will definitely choose Diyar's apartment again.

A fantastic place with the most wonderful facilities and opportunities both outside and inside. Everything was thought of, bicycles, helmets, games, candles, and everything for the kitchen and bathroom you could need👌 This time it was girlfriend fun. Really nice place. New and nice - and Camilla was really sweet and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Johannes' nice apartment was perfect for what we needed. Good and fast communication with Johanne. The apartment is located in a nice walking distance to delicious restaurants in Ålborg Centrum. (Short walk across the bridge). Highly recommend a stay here.

We were here during a big bowling tournament in Aalborg. We were even able to check in at 10 am, which was perfect as we had previously spent 12 hours in the car overnight.

Beautiful house, which is larger than the photos suggest. Great kitchen and sitting areas. Nice view of the cows in the meadow. Very nice to be able to wash and dry. Even a dryer in the hallway, ideal. Walking along the water is fun, but 1 hour walk to the city center. Ideal location for bowling.
