House surrounded by nature, 1 minute from the center

Cozy house with beautiful view, surrounded by wooden deck, lots of nature and peace 500 meters from the sigh square. Total privacy, no one has a view of the interior of the house, a dead-end street and no circulation, only if there was noise from the birds. The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but it's not even 2 minutes by car. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of slope on the access street and the house has stairs.

The Sete Flechas Parking lot, where the building is located, is open 24 hours a day and charges $20.00 for every 24 hours of our guests.

We stayed at Letícia's house for 3 nights and the experience was excellent! The house is about 7 km from Lumiar, on top of a hill with a simply breathtaking view. In person, she's even prettier than in the photos. The space is super spacious and we really enjoyed the sauna, fireplace and barbecue. The internet worked perfectly in all rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Even with the colder weather, the house remained comfortable without the need for a heater, thanks to the electric shower and the warm duvets. Communication with Letícia was impeccable. She gave us all the information in advance, as well as indicating contacts for delivery and shopping, which made the stay much easier. In the end, we loved the experience and we already want to go back. Thank you so much, Letícia, for welcoming us so well!

The place is amazing and the host is a sweetheart! I felt at home and had days of rest. Peace is absolute, a perfect place for those who like nature without giving up comfort. There are many dogs in the neighborhood and we receive many visits from them, we love the company!

Juliana was attentive and caring from before my arrival. Super receptive. The building's doorman was very attentive too. The apartment is spacious and very well located. Certainly a quiet place to enjoy in Nova Friburgo.

Charming house in Macaé de Cima, RJ

A cozy accommodation, a beautiful view and a lot of tranquility. Ideal for those who want peace and quiet, lighting the fireplace on a cold night and enjoying a good peace, in an isolated place. The kitchen has good appliances, the rooms have blankets and the bathroom has hot water. We were greeted with great cordiality by the host, Juliano, who gave us all the coordinates to get to the place (it is about half an hour from the main road). He also recommended a river bath, but because of the cold, we didn't take advantage of it. We want to come back in the summer. I recommend taking all the refrigerator purchases, as there is no commerce nearby and the road is very irregular (but it can be crossed by any type of vehicle). The house has a barbecue and firewood for the fireplace. It's for those who really want to go and stay there.
