10 minutes from Lamotte Beuvron, in the heart of Sologne, 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris, our house is ideally located within a private estate, on the borders of the forest and hiking trails but close to the center of the village and its shops. This house is our second home, it has been fully renovated. You will appreciate its calm, its large garden of 4000 m2, its comfort and the warmth of its decoration. We will be happy to share it with families or caring friends.

In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
