We have stayed at Darren’s Airbnb on a couple other occasions and we were extremely happy with all of the amenities on those occasions. This trip wasn’t any different even though we had to leave early because of a personal issue. If you are looking for a true “down the shore experience “ then Darren’s place is a must go to. We highly recommend it.

Stayed for a Fall long weekend and it was just beautiful! I missed a lot of the leaves turning but it was still beautiful with warm and clear nights full of stargazing! Michele’s place is a favorite on my list and this trip didn’t change that. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The woodstove was a bonus and created such a nice and cozy feel to the cabin. Can’t wait to visit again!

Cozy Cottage on the Pond

The cabin was exactly as listed and all pictures were accurate. The cabin was very clean! Location was perfect for what we were looking for, on the pond - great for kayaking, along side the NL Trailway - great for quading, private and quite area. An added feature that we absolutely loved was the covered deck, enjoyed most of our meals there, complete with a BBQ. Everything you need is there, lots of dishes (not your typical 4 place setting). We forgot a deck of cards, found some, lots of towels & facecloths and the bed was very comfortable. Another bonus was the mini split, great on the hot days! We recommend this cozy cabin and plan on booking again for a winter trip. Thanks Helen & Gord

Karen was exceptional! Always quick to respond, concerned that we were happy, contented and felt at home which we were. I came to visit my mom who has dementia and Karen’s place was perfect! We loved the way she had decorated her house. So retro. It was like going to my grandma’s house. Very welcoming and comfortable. The walls also displayed NL pictures which we absolutely loved. Would like to say a special thank you to Karen for her kindness shown over the past week. Hopefully when we return we can rent her place again.

This private cottage was exactly what we wanted! We give it 6 stars! 5 for the cottage and an extra for the bunny! There was a fire ready to start in the fire pit when we arrived! Amazing! Clean, cute, cozy, comfortable!!! You will love it!
