Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Norwich

Cecilia was super friendly and easy to deal with, the house is amazing and stocked with anything you could need, she helped us out on very short notice with a place to stay when our home was under construction and even was able to reserve the house for us to have a short term rental for the following 4 months

Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

This was our second stay. The house is cute and comfortable. Nice outdoor space with a sandy beach area and shallow lake entry. Jena is great to work with.

Host was accessible and responded to questions very quickly. House was located right off the highway, easy to find, and located close to many local attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a week for our daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It was perfect. Great walk from the academy, all sidewalks, very safe area. The location is on a short dead end Street so you don’t have a bunch of cars driving by. The house itself is beautiful. It is bigger than it shows in the pictures. The yard is bigger and the deck is bigger than the photos show as well. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. I can’t say a single negative thing about it or offer anything to improve. I’m still amazed at what we got for the price that we paid. And the hostess is wonderful. Very quick response time for any questions that we had.

We had a lovely stay! The historical context of the main house and guest house (1750 House) is very interesting and we loved learning a little about the property. The 1750 House is perfectly appointed and all amenities were as described. We wish we had another day or two to continue to enjoy our stay. We’ll be back!

My family had a great stay at Amanda's place. It was the perfect vacation spot - we really enjoyed the panorama view! Everything was just as described and we felt right at home.

Well equipped, clean, functional space. Back porch and patio is fantastic for expanding the space and ease of entertainment. Caught some pretty good catfish and carp right off the back stairs/landing. Convenient to many amenities with easy access from rt159 and rt57.

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Clare's. The place is lovely, well kept, cozy and peaceful. Clare is so friendly, welcoming and kind. She was available for any questions, tips etc. She showed us and our fur baby kindness and a welcoming demeanor, even spending time with our fur baby. He liked her so much! The yard is nice, peaceful and spacious. She had good resources for things to do available in the apartment. It is a walkable distance to town. For the price, pet friendly accommodation, and Clare's friendly demeanor we look forward to coming back again sometime!

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

This is our second time staying at Jennifer’s home and we love it so much!! Jennifer’s home is beautiful, very comfortable and the decor is well done. The lawn and garden were prestine. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having a drink and sipping a cup of coffee. Our granddaughter loved the flowers and playing in the backyard. If she could she would've picked all of the beautiful flowers. Lol! This is a really extraordinary property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Jennifer is an amazing host!!

We booked this place to be close the the festival downtown and it was. 1.3 miles or 25 minutes walk. Perfect for us. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. Shower is a little small but ok. King bed is very comfortable. Yummy welcome treats on the table was a nice touch. Keurig pods and maker available for your pleasure. Well lit and very secure. Felt safe at all times. Great place to book if you need to stay in this area.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Beautiful fall stay at Jo’s! Loved the space, amenities, and especially all the directions and recommendations for the area. Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.

Marilyn’s place was great! Very peaceful. Lake access was awesome. Warm neighborhood. The kitchen was a bit tricky to navigate, but Marilyn had detailed instructions. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Marilyn’s place.

My family and dog really enjoyed the cozy cabin. The yard is fun. While the stairs are challenging as described... it was also fun. While small, it has everything you need. as mentioned in other reviews, it is pretty close to the road. Our check-in with Lois was smooth and all the information we needed. it was great being able to walk over to the trail. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Lakeside Landing with our 1 year old to enjoy Father’s Day weekend in the Mystic area. This place was perfect to enjoy a fire by the lake, watch the deer and other wildlife, and spend a few cozy evenings snuggled up in the living room. Everything was perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. She is a gracious host. There were great cottage offers beautiful lake experiences, including beautiful sunsets. She has a great waterfront and an expansive yard. It’s located on the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island border with easy access to 3 states.

We loved our stay at Frog Hollow and will definitely be returning. We went for an anniversary trip and had an amazing time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway!

Our stay was fantastic! A secluded peaceful retreat while still being close to town. We were in town for a family function and this was great to feel like getting away from it all. Great overall! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this historic cabin in a beautiful location surrounded by trees next to a peaceful lake. Super cozy fireplace in the cabin, BBQ grill and fire pit outside made for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

We spent a long weekend at Dennis’ place and it was nothing short of amazing. Our aim was to relax and enjoy the lake, and we did just that. The house was exactly as described, matched and exceeded our expectations; furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. If we’re back in CT, we won’t hesitate to book the house again!
