Everything was great during our stay. Parking was easy, and the place was exactly as described. We were mostly out exploring NYC so we didn’t spend much time in the house but we still enjoyed our time at Natarsha’s place. We had a small issue accessing our bedroom at first but Natarsha responded almost immediately and resolved it quickly. She’s very kind and truly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable. My wife and I were pleased with our stay at Miguel's Place. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and the quietness help provide much needed rest. Our bedroom and the bathroom was clean. Miguel was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We would definitely considering staying there in the future.

Stephanie was really kind, sweet and personable. It’s her home but she makes herself invisible when she is there. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves whether she was there or not. We were looking for a spa like retreat and with her beautiful claw foot tub and walk in rainfall shower it felt like a 5 star spa. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Remember this is her home and respect it and her!

We stayed at May and Ana’s place for 9 nights while visiting NYC. May and Ana are great hosts ! They quickly responded to my messages and were very clear in their explanations. The room is quite nice, it has a double bed, a dressing, a microwave/an electric kettle… The house is a 4-5 min walk from the bus stop (1 and 2). From there you can take the bus for approximately 10min to the subway stop (line 1). The commute to times square is approximately 35min. Frankly, it is feasible and convenient especially given the price you pay. Just be careful : buses are less frequent on sundays Thank you May and Ana for having us !

We appreciate how excellent Jaime and the rest of the team were. Just so you know, every request and need for an extension was accommodated. The friendly help, consideration for our travel, and needs were all met. When we needed help getting our reservation changed, it was handled beautifully, and we felt really good about every visit.
