A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

The Rowan Suite is self-contained within my house, giving you quiet, private accommodation . It is an ensuite double bedroom with king size bed plus your own unique lounge, overlooking garden and woodland. There is car parking and bike storage and is only a short walk from Stocksfield rail station and bus routes. Great base for trips to Hadrian’s Wall, historic properties, Northumberland National Park and the nearby towns of Corbridge and Hexham. A hamper of breakfast goodies is provided.

The Harvest hut is a beautiful, award winning, genuine 1930s threshers hut set in its own area of woodland, and features handmade 4 poster bed, luxury organic bedding, woodburning stove, homemade cake of your choice to enjoy on arrival. The hut is a truly romantic place to get away from the rigours of the world, escape and be close to nature, enjoy campfires, fantastic sunsets, visits from red squirrels and amazing starlit nights. Guests have their own personal bathroom with underfloor heating.

Self Contained Rural Retreat Hexham

You enjoy a self contained annexe with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Your accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor into the sitting room, which has a sofa, dining table and chairs. Within this living area are kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Stairs lead to the double bedroom including wardrobe and drawers.

Guests have exclusive access to: One double bedroom One single/twin bedroom A third room with kettle, fridge, toaster, and microwave which can also serve as an additional single bedroom or relaxation space. Private bathroom with full bath. We provide a continental breakfast with cereal, yogurt, juice and freshly baked bread. Entrance is shared with our business premises and yoga and massage are available on site.

2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets or smoking. Five other cottages on this peaceful working farm so please enjoy and respect our neighbours. The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room.
