We had a great night at the wedge house. It’s a very cool quirky little house. Brilliant location for Adventure Island. Not the hosts fault but the street itself is quite run down and we had to listen to the boy racer cars all evening. But didn’t take away from the stay because us and the kids had a great time. Ria was very helpful as a host and was so kind to put up balloons and banners for us for my daughter’s birthday. I would definitely recommend for a trip to Southend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly welcoming, with a peaceful vibe that flowed throughout the house and its lovely decor. The garden was a standout feature which was beautifully designed, filled with the scent of blooming flowers, and offering a relaxing view in every direction. It was the perfect place to unwind. The house was also fantastic for my daughter and our dog, with plenty of space both inside and out for them to enjoy and feel at home. The bathroom was great too - it was spotless and stylish, with thoughtful touches like a soothing pillow spray and wonderfully fresh-smelling towels that made it feel like a boutique stay. Overall, this home was the perfect retreat for our little family. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already planning a return visit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Rochester

Great place and perfect for me and my 2 colleagues working in the area. ideal for other contractors as its a really spacious property.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

We had a wonderful weekend in Eugenie's house. It's quirky decor is marvellous and every time you pass a piece you notice something new. It's location was perfect for us and also was easy access to central London too. We'd definitely stay again.

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

Had an amazing short break in this lovely little place close to the church in the prettiest village. Loved the bath and the log burner in the evenings. Clemmi was really helpful and even arranged for us to use the garage to store our mountain bikes. Would return for sure.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Lovely little stay, the den was really nicely decorated. The bed was huge and really comfy☺️ Kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed, and bathroom was gorgeous! Adam was brilliant throughout our stay as well. The standout of this booking is the swimming lake, it’s so beautiful and peaceful and we spent the majority of our time down there. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, stylish and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the attention to detail really made it feel like a luxury stay (fluffy towels, soft bed linen, high-end toiletries etc). The garden and pool were gorgeous and we really enjoyed relaxing in those spaces and spotting the wildlife (woodpeckers, squirrels, kestrels). We had total privacy but the owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive if we needed them. A five star stay in close reach of farm shops, pubs, a winery, national trust properties and shopping.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

This is a perfect place if you have dogs. A safe play space, with no near neighbours should you have an excitable puppy!

This top little Airbnb has everything you need - it’s in a great country location, easily accessible via beautiful hedged lanes but minutes from great coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants. It’s a terrific base for easy day trips to London via rail, all Kent has to offer and as our weather was amazing- the coast! Gunita is so very helpful, easy to reach and provides a great guide that highlights the top places to eat, drink and some unique to-do’s - all ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! La Clef quickly became our home away from home and is now our absolute go to when visiting family in the UK. Thanks so very much!

Gorgeous cottage with lovely grounds. Great that both bedrooms have both king beds and en-suites makes all the difference. The hosts had given a really great welcome with apple juice, butter, milk, bread, eggs on arrival - such a lovely touch! The cottage really did have everything you needed.

Fabulous cottage and garden. Well equipped and great location. Duncan was the perfect host, would highly recommend, we loved it.

We stayed here for an event we did at the Isle of Sheppey, Lilys place was absolutely perfect for our stay as the place we needed to get to was only 20minutes away. The cottage was much bigger than expected, very clean, everything you needed, nice sized bedrooms and bathroom and a big garden at the back! We would’ve stayed longer if we could, lovely place! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend to anyone. You have to eat at the restaurant next door, absolutely delicious and very lovey people, they actually delivered it to us at the cottage which made our stay as we had lots to do before and early morning get up. All in all brilliant - Thank you for having us :)
