Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.

Historical wooden log chalet build in traditional nordic style and modernized for best comfort. it provides complete privacy. situated by the Lake Perunkajärvi, approx. 40 km (40 mins) from the center of Rovaniemi and approx. 30 km (30 mins) from Rovaniemi Airport. One bedroom on the ground floor with a large bulk-bed. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with two singel beds and one with a king-size bed. All rooms with superb beds and wonderful pillows and duvets. All bedrooms has blinds for the midnight sun :) On this floor we also offer a seating area with a large smart-TV and a great view over the landscape and the Atlantic Ocean.
