The views from the terrace are fantastic of Visegrad Castle and the Danube Bend. Since tranquility and nature play the main role in my guesthouse, there is no TV, no Wifi. The wooden house has a bedroom with a loft, a stove, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Coffee maker, microwave, kettle, induction hob, refrigerator with small freezer compartment. The two-room house has gas heating, it is warm in the winter but cool in the summer. Suitable for a comfortable rest of a family. We have found a place in Nagymaros, in the Danube Bend, in a quiet little street, where nature is flourishing, there is a lot of bird chirping, you can relax peacefully, on the top of Kisújhegy. The protection of nature is important for everyone, so we can do it together, we prepare soda, thus reducing the number of discarded mineral water bottles.

If you would like to sleep in a forest environment, listen to the birds chirping, and eat well on the garden terrace, then we look forward to welcoming you at the Cinke cottage. You can grill in the garden, play ping pong, watch the stars, go on nice hikes in the area, do sports, hike, kayak, or just enjoy the closeness of nature. We recommend the cottage primarily to hiking and nature lovers. :) Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit.
