Vacation rentals with a patio in Northern Cyprus

Mr. Yaşar was very interested, he immediately responded to our questions, and tried to solve our problems at home quickly. The view of the house is very beautiful, and the location is very central. It was a nice experience for us.

This place on the steps of Kyrenia Harbour, is an absolute gem. The setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, with breathtaking views. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured (simple, elegant, and full of beautiful touches). I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one really stands out. Esra was a phenomenal host… kind, responsive, and so helpful. I was actually planning to stay again but had to change plans due to an emergency. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

We really enjoyed our stay, the space was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully done & we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was also within easy walking distance of great bars, restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The house was in a location that could be found easily. There was a space where you could park your car. The house was clean and the kitchen supplies were sufficient. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was also a nice touch that Ms. Nermin left treats at the entrance. The terrace was very nice. Maybe the two things I would say were missing were the lack of broadcast channels on the TV and the need to change the cushions of the seating group on the terrace. It was a nice experience. Thank you Ms. Nermin for your help.

Thank you for our lovely stay, we felt right at home and amenities around the property were great. There is a breakfast place up the road which is nice to have.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit Hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11:30 p.m. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team and intervened late at night. Thanks to this approach, we were always at ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

The location of the house was very good in terms of cleanliness, etc. The host was very helpful with quick and clear answers to all our questions. The pool was very good, the beach was within walking distance, and the biggest hotel in the area was within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Okan’s place. The place was easy to find and within the walking distance to all the restaurants and historic sites. There was plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. Okan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you!!

The house is great, flawless, mountain view on one side and sea on the other, I highly recommend it.

Our accommodation at Hanife Sun was extremely nice and comfortable. The host Ms. Suna anticipated and prepared everything we might need. She left us everything from snacks to drinks and fruits to eat. She even thought of deodorant cream, even though we didn't use it because she was with us. These are fine details. The house is clean, tidy and quiet. Ms. Suna was always available and in contact. There was Wi-Fi, but it only worked in the living room. It was close to where we wanted to be in terms of location. We would definitely like to stay here again if we come back.

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x
