Beachfront vacation rentals in North Virginia Beach

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. We could hear the ocean from the master suite. The upstairs deck had view of the water. Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was nice and was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely go back and stay longer next year. Thank you!!!

Amazing experience. This was the very best Airbnb I have ever stayed. Felt at home. Absolutely above and beyond my dreams Anything and everything you would need from your home, they have. I didn't need to go out and purchase 1 item. The kitchen was completely stocked with all pots, pans, and more. The kindest host. Thank you for the most amazing and 1st Grandkids vacation. This house is in residental area with mostly locals. All very friendly. I felt very safe walking my dog around the neigborhood. The electric golfcart was brand new. It was an easy drive to the beach with free parking. The house was very well stocked (better than any I have rented). Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc to use. Would stay here again.

Place was perfect for our one night stay. Amazing food nearby along with beach…walkable distance!!

We had a beautiful family vacation to the beach at Kate’s place. She was so responsive and kind, we had a great time.

The house as advertised! Clean and very supplied. The beach was small and the area does not have much options to eat. Neighborhood was ok.

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

Our stay was fabulous and Chuck was a great host. Communication was fantastic and the cottage was wonderful. Had a nice package of goodies for us. Whenever I had a question he responded quickly. Nice neighborhood and only 13 minutes from my so and daughter-in-laws house and got to see our new granddaughter. I would highly recommend Chuck. When we come to visit the family again I will be contacting Chuck.

The only issue we had was our code for the building and parking did not work at first! Pam was very quick to resolve! There are no elevators in parking garage, I would take my stuff in at the entrance and then park! Dolphin run staff was not much help! We had a second car that we were supposed to get a parking permit for. They just told us to park and not worry about signs that clearly stated towed with no permit. Our car did NOT get towed!

Absolutely beautiful property and breathtaking views. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, don’t hesitate to book this property! In addition, the owners are accommodating and available to assist if needed. Everything was nice, clean and inviting. It is just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location close to the beach and lots of things to do. Also quiet and walkable. The room is cozy and the view is amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

We chose here because of the short walk to the beach and the salt water pool. We wanted a couple days to relax and got exactly that. Would book again if we come back to the area

Frances’ condo was in a great location right at the end of the boardwalk. We were able to get up in the morning and walk to breakfast with multiple other restaurants within walking distance. The view of the pool and ocean was nice and the condo felt bright and sunny. There was one dedicated parking spot which was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Emma is a fantastic host! I had never officially rented on here and she considered me anyways. I was so appreciative of that! As a single mom of two littles, her studio condo at the North end of the Va boardwalk was perfect!!! She sent me clear directions for a seamless check in and checkout. I was able to pull up to unload and load. It was quiet and beautiful! My kids absolutely loved their vacation! My 5 year old thought she left her gemstones there and Emma was willing to send them if her cleaning team found them! Again, above and beyond! I am so thankful for the stay and the responsive host. It is the perfect spot! I highly recommend renting from her!

This space was stunning! When you walk in to see those big windows overlooking the beach…it’s absolutely beautiful!! Place was super clean and felt very comfy. Beds were amazing and couches super comfy! We loved everything about this place!! Thank you so much!!

This was the perfect space for two people for a long weekend. The views were incredible and we loved having good restaurants within walking distance since we had our 4 month old baby with us.

We had a great stay! It was a nice walk to the beach and the backyard area was so beautiful. There were ducks that would play in the lake and a a comfortable hammock to lay on while you watched. 😄 We also enjoyed how cozy the studio felt, just like we were at home. The decor was nice and the bed had comfortable blankets and pillows! 🙂

I had a wonderful stay — everything was perfect! The house is cozy, clean, and feels just like home. It was well-organized with thoughtful touches like an umbrella, filtered water, and local restaurant menus. The decor is lovely, and I especially enjoyed the motivational wall art that added a positive vibe. The location is amazing — right next to beach access, which made things super convenient. There’s a dune between the property and the beach, and it’s surrounded by flowers and plants that make the view even more charming. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we were incredibly glad we decided to book again! The place is exactly as described, has all the beach supplies so you don’t need to pack it all, is just a quick walk to beach (awesome with kids), and the view can’t be beat. Heidi was an extremely responsive host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic - you can tell her priority is the guest! My family of 5 plus a grandma enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio, taking in stunning sunsets over dinner, and long days on the beach (bathroom breaks back at the house are a snap due to the close proximity). The outdoor shower with warm water is especially helpful with kids! We will be back at least twice this upcoming year. Thanks for another great stay!

Clean, Cozy and Chic! The place had everything you can think of… tons of beach chairs, beach toys/boards, beach umbrella and wagon. Very spacious indoor and outdoors. Up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Tons of towels (bath and beach). Highly recommend!!
