Authentic romantic house in quiet village

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

Slechts een steenworp van het strand vind je dit "vakantie" huis. Een huis om tot rust te komen. Het huis bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een volledig ingericht verblijf. Romantisch verblijf voor 2 maar leent zich ook voor ouders met 1 of 2 kinderen. Of 3 volwassenen. Er is in het woon gedeelte een bank als extra slaapplek. (In slaapkamer extra matras mogelijk). Er is parkeergelegenheid voor onze gasten bij het huis, de kosten zijn 20,- per nacht). Er is koffie en thee beschikbaar.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers party takes place on the nearby site, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, a stone's throw away from the beach and the dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within 5-minute walking distance

De keuken is volledig uitgerust voor het kleine diner. De open woonkamer bevat het slaapgedeelte in de hoek. De hele lodge kan gebruikt worden. De tuin is gedeeld met de eigenaren.
