Vacation rentals with beach access in North Scottsdale

Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.

Three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat's place that has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a rollaway bed which allowed each of us to have our own bed. Everything was clean and spotless. Pat responded immediately by text and/or phone and was so friendly and kind. Lots of very thoughtful extra touches. She had a Zeropure water filter in the refigerator to filter tap water as well as bottled water, instant oatmeal packets, breakfast bars. Extra toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathroom. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. Outdoor swimming pool outside and gated community. Nice neighborhood and was just a couple of blocks to where our conference was in Tempe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definately stay again when we come to Tempe.

We loved the property. Immediately felt right at home. Comfy couches, great beds, huge kitchen and it felt like their was pride of ownership. Outside areas were awesome. Back patio backs up to a beautiful golf course and the front patio was nice and secluded. Everything felt really clean. EXCELLENT experience. Thank you!

This was a clean, quiet, safe, inexpensive place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the a/c worked great! You could completely control the temperature to your liking. I think it’s important to note that to access the bathroom you had to leave your room and walk to the front of the house to let yourself in the main home. The place suited my needs perfectly as I got in quite late (which Aliah was super accommodating about) and I just needed a place to sleep. It was an easy walking distance to a Black Rock Cafe, and if I just need a place to crash in the future, I’d stay there again! Aliah was awesome! She was super responsive and sent instructions for my stay before I even reached out to her. Thanks Aliah!

Are stay was fun good kids enjoyed it as I plan it was a little staycation! Only thing the pool light didn’t work and they have 2 fridges and they did not keep ice cream cold at all we just ended up putting everything in the ice chest! but other then that everything was perfect!

I stayed here for two months and had a very enjoyable time. Check-in and check-out were easy and the process was clear. The condo had everything I needed and was set up perfectly. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and main roads. Both pools were amazing. The host always replied quickly and was very helpful. I also recommend paying a bit extra to use the sports facilities at the main clubhouse—it was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

I enjoyed my stay here. I wish check in was earlier and checkout what the same time as check in. Other than that it was a beautiful stay.

Me and daughters traveled to Arizona for my oldest college graduation. Marissa and Jason’s place is 15 minutes from ASU as well as many restaurants. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the mall. The home feels warm and inviting. We arrived early, Marissa and Jason allowed us to check in early! The place was squeaky clean. We had plenty of linen for the 4 days that we were there. Me and my husband are planning to travel back to the area. We will definitely book again with Marissa and Jason.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — but even better! Evan has thought of everything, from the extra amenities to the little touches that made our stay so convenient and relaxing. But let me tell you — what truly sets this place apart is Evan himself. He is, without a doubt, the most genuine, kind-hearted, and accommodating host I’ve ever encountered.
