Vacation rentals with a patio in North Salt Lake

Such a great stay! My host was proactive, responsive, and super clear with all communication. The apartment was clean and solid, with a full kitchen, balcony, and even a cute fiddle fig tree (which I loved). The location couldn’t have been better—right across from a brewery and just a few minutes’ walk to coffee shops, restaurants, other breweries, and Central 9th Market. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, with blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in. The check-in instructions were very clear—with codes, and it felt super safe, which I appreciated as a solo female traveler. The whole area had a very chill, welcoming vibe. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Great basement house! We stayed here for a soccer tournament and thoroughly enjoyed having comfortable, spacious lodging for rest and recovery. The rooms are a good size, big living room and kitchen. All pots, pans and dishes we needed to cook to avoid eating out. Will need to bring or get the seasonings etc you need for cooking. Laundry facilities for keeping uniforms game-ready. Neighborhood is nice and grocery is very close for all your last-minute needs. Upstairs floor is creaky as others have noted, but it did not bother us. Everyone slept well. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again.

Great, quiet apartment to rest during a road trip. Easy to access with private parking and entrance. Glad to have had this space during my travels.

Beautiful views and within walking distance of the park. Inside was clean, including laundry room. Beds were comfy with plenty of blankets, towels, and basic kitchen stuff.

Wonderful stay. Even left a treat for the dog. Garden is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities. A tremendous soft landing after an extended cross country trip. The neighborhood is a little far from sightseeing but the block the house is on is adorable and felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book here!

This is our third time staying at Eddy’s unique house. The house is very unique and provides a great space for a group, especially with children. The climbing wall, koi pond and hot tub are a big hit with everyone. Parking is “on street”, but we’ve never had an issue finding a spot nearby. Check in/out is a breeze. It’s a great house, in a charming neighborhood with a lot of attractions nearby. I highly recommend staying at Eddy’s house.

Hidden Gem in Bountiful Utah. BEST Airbnb on our trip! Neighborhood was Safe and quiet! Home was charming with alot of space to spread out after a long car ride! Backyard was AMAZING. Our 2 dogs ran and played endlessly. There were nice outside lights, a fire pit to sit around for roasting marshmallows and such. Lots of shade and privacy and VERY quiet. Bedrooms were all very nice with thoughtful BlackOut curtains! Many hosts forget this but it's SO helpful when Traveling! Kitchen well stocked wIth everything you might need. Michelle even left us some Goodies and bones for the pups. If we ever pass through Utah again, THIS Airbnb will be our place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful Airbnb. Jeremy was a great host, he gave us recommendations of places to try and things to do. The house was perfect, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely will be back the next time we are in salt lake.

Dustin was the best host I’ve booked with through Airbnb! I had asked before booking if I’d be able to have my bridal shower at the stay- to which he was thrilled to let us host our celebration at his stay. During the stay (and beforehand) he was extremely responsive and answered any messages within 10 minutes. We hadn’t initially planned to have our dog with us, but when things changed last minute- Dustin was graciously flexible and accommodated our dog too! If I am ever in need of a space in the area again, I’ll absolutely be back!!

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!
